Today we are going to do a meditation for our third eye.
The third eye chakra is called Anya and it means to know.
It's the center that allowed you to access your higher self,
Your intuition,
Telepathy,
Insight,
Inspiration.
And it will allow you to see the world with a different eye.
This chakra allowed you to see things for what they really are.
You will no longer judge yourself or situations or outside circumstances according to what you see.
But you will be able to see things with a different perspective.
You will be able to see behind every action or situation and understand what is happening energetically instead of judging what is happening in the surface of things.
This chakra will bring a better spiritual understanding and self-awareness.
And you will reach higher level of wisdom and understanding in all spiritual matters.
You will be able to gain more intuition and see behind people action,
Behind people mind.
And you will also see the energetical effects of your actions and other people's actions.
This chakra has the color indigo and is positioned in the middle of your forehead.
When this chakra is active,
You will have more imagination,
More visualization,
Dream cycle,
Creativity and intuition.
Instead of exploring the world with our five senses,
You will perceive things in a different way and you will perceive the energy behind everything.
Everything will be amplified.
Your connection with yourself,
With nature and the world around you.
And you will be able to expand your awareness.
Connecting deeply with energies of the earth,
The energy that comes from yourself and the energy of situation and people around you.
And finally you will regain full trust in yourself,
Full trust in who you are,
Full trust in your Divine nature.
When this chakra is overactive,
You may experience headache,
Lack of focus and frustrated energy can create headaches and just uncertainty.
If it's underactive,
You will have struggle to decode messages from the universe and you will have a sense of misalignment.
So for now,
Let's just focus on the visualization of this purple sphere rotating on top of your forehead.
So when we inhale,
Imagine you are inhaling this purple energy and it will be directed through your forehead and on the exhalation we will exhale doubts,
Fear and thought.

Feel the warmth,

This chakra is here to tell you that you need to trust.
Trust in the divine and your divine abilities.
When this chakra is active,
You will decode the real meaning behind the situation in your life.
Allowing the universe to awaken your intuition,
Your creativity and your connection with the divine.

Keep visualizing this purple current moving stagnant energy up and down your spine and visualizing this sphere,
This purple sphere around your third eye.
When you trust in your divine abilities,
You will realize that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
You are at peace with yourself and the world around you.
Now your eye show you the world in different colors and you will be able to go deep within and figuring out new spiritual truth about yourself and the world.
Ask to the universe to show you what you need to see.
Ask the universe for sign if you feel that your third eye is blocked and repeat with your mind.
I allowed the universe to make me feel this divine energy.
I allowed myself to be in alignment with the universe and my communication with the divine.
Your perception of reality will shift.
Things that used to trigger you in the past,
Now they are sign from the universe so that you can go deep within and understand that everything that happened to you happened for you and not against you.
Changing perspective,
Ask yourself instead of feeling victim of a situation,
Ask yourself what the universe want me to see.
Re-establish the trust in your intuition,
The trust in your life path and your mission.
Until now you experienced your life with your senses but now you can open up your heart and expand your awareness into layers of reality that are not perceivable with our 5 senses.
And finally you will be able to count on your inner knowing and intuition.
When this eye is open,
You will not be able to be tricked by deception.
Your old body will resonate with the truth and you will not be able to be deceived by people or circumstances and you will always be able to understand what is happening behind the 3D reality.

The connection with the universe and your higher self?
This strong ability has always been within you,
