Self-care is such an important thing for us to prioritize.

It can be really hard to do that.

So join me for some self-care affirmations.

You can repeat after me silently,

Out loud,

Or just listen.

Just breathe them in and feel how true these things can be for you if you just let a little self-love in.

Everything I need is within me.

I have the power to change my world and the world around me.

I believe in myself and all of my wonderful abilities.

I love my body,

So I take care of it by eating healthy and staying active.

I know that I am good enough to achieve anything.

I celebrate myself because I am an amazing person.

My life is full of happiness and love.

I let go of negative beliefs and negative self-talk.

I set healthy boundaries and say no when I need to.

I embrace all of my fears and understand them as ways to improve.

I deserve happiness,

Love,

Peace,

And freedom.

I celebrate my successes and set goals regularly.

What I give to the world is what the world gives to me.

I love myself unconditionally.

I accept my flaws and look for ways to improve daily.

It is easy for me to take care of myself.

I let go of mistakes that I've made in the past and know that they've taught me powerful lessons.

I can take constructive criticism well and learn from it.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I choose not to take things personally,

But rather learn from what everyone says.

I accept compliments with ease.

Loving myself is a priority.

I radiate confidence and self-respect.

I deserve to be loved for all that I am.

In order to love myself even more deeply,

I take time to think positively.

I honor my intuition and follow my inner voice.

I am a lovely person for people to get to know.

I am valued as a dear friend and a deeply beloved family member.

I'm not afraid to honor my emotions and feel my feelings.

I surround myself with people who also respect themselves.

My voice is powerful and my opinion is very influential.
