Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale out,
Beginning to tune in to the natural rhythm of your breath,

As your body begins to soften,
Notice the weight of your head resting on your pillow,
Feeling your shoulders dropping away from your ears,
Letting your arms and hands relax fully,
