Hi,

This is Rony and this is a meditation for tuning in to your wisest,

Kindest self.

This can be useful if you're trying to make a decision about something or if you feel stuck about something.

But it can also be useful just for difficult or challenging times where you find yourself having a hard time.

So let's begin.

I'd like you to start by just making sure that you're really comfy.

It doesn't matter what position you're in for this meditation.

You can be sitting on a chair,

Sitting cross-legged,

Lying down,

However you're most at ease.

So just take a moment to really make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed and do whatever you need to do to make yourself even five percent more comfortable.

And then let's just take a couple of deep breaths to help our nervous system settle.

So in through the nose and out through the mouth and again in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And one more,

Even a little deeper if you can,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

And so bringing to mind something that you'd like to tap into your wisest,

Kindest self about.

Could be something that just feels difficult at the moment.

Could be a decision that you can't land on which way to go with.

Might just be something that's leaving you feeling stuck or uncomfortable.

Just take a moment to settle on something that feels tricky right now in your life.

And I want you to bring that scene to mind a little bit.

So you might imagine yourself sitting or standing somewhere or in a particular space but just where you feel like you can kind of tap into all the feelings that that situation brings up for you right here and right now.

You really want to try to activate some of those difficult feelings right here just in a safe way.

And now that you've done that,

I want you to bring to mind the wisest,

Kindest,

Most compassionate person you can imagine.

This might actually be someone from your own life who you know.

It could be someone who you've known in the past but isn't around anymore.

But it could also be a character from a book or someone from a movie.

This visualization does not have to be based in reality.

Let your mind float around,

Let it go wherever it wants to go and just see where it lands for the wisest,

Kindest,

Most compassionate person that you could imagine to come and offer some advice about this matter.

There's no rush for this bit,

Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to find the right person.

So please don't feel hurried,

Let your mind float around until you feel like yeah that's the right person.

Wise and kind and compassionate.

And then once you've found the right person,

I want you to imagine that they walk through the door or walk over to you if you're outside but they they suddenly appear in your life right here now and they come and sit down beside you.

Firstly I want you to notice what they do.

Do they sit opposite you?

Do they sit beside you?

Do they put an arm around you or is there distance between the two of you physically?

And then I want you to imagine what they would say to you about this current situation.

What might they say to you?

What might they tell you?

Just let the conversation flow naturally and again,

Let your mind go where it wants to go and just see what happens.

What might they suggest?

What words do you need to hear from them?

You might even imagine what you would say back to them and then what they would say in return.

Just play this scene out for as long as you need.

And then once you feel like they've said all they need to say and you've said all you need to say back,

I want you to imagine them giving you a hug and saying goodbye but also saying something along the lines of I'm here whenever you need me,

Call on me whenever you need,

I'm right here,

See you soon.

And then I want you to imagine them walking away as you just sit there and soak in their wise advice.

Now just as we reach the end of this meditation there's one last thing that I want to point out to you,

Well two things actually.

Firstly,

You can use this visualization to call on this wise,

Kind person whenever you need some advice.

And secondly,

They weren't really there in the room with you.

That was your beautiful mind and soul that came up with that beautiful advice that comes from your deepest wisest self and you can tap into that whenever you need to,

It's there for the taking.

Thank you for spending this time with me and I wish you a beautiful day.

Bye for now.
