Oh,

Thank you.

I'm so happy to be here.

For me,

For me,

Just like KJ has said,

It's about observing and literally like that self-awareness,

But also having that pause and self-reflection,

Right?

And having that inner and understanding to have that pause and reflect and not to,

Not to react and observe and to tap into your,

To yourself and see how you feel with it.

And really observe how you feel with it,

Right?

And bring clarity.

That's how I look at it for me,

But also to discern for my emotions,

You know,

And process how if it does trigger me and where if it does trigger me,

How am I going to process with that?

Because that's what the me has nothing to do with my partner,

You know?

So that,

And also it gives me a better understanding for me not to be impulsive with a judgment,

Right?

And for me to stay neutral,

Very much so,

Because that's so for me to be mindful and also to,

It opens doors for personal growth,

Not just for me,

But also to with my significant other as well.

A great reminder that by observing our triggers with neutrality and without judgment, we can better understand our feelings and foster personal growth for ourselves and those around us.
