Alright,
Sitting up straight with your back supported,
Just let your eyes shut and breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth a few times.
Feel yourself taking up more and more space inside your body.
See if you can feel all the cells start tingling and kind of come to life.
Now I want you to feel the soles of your feet begin to get really,
Really heavy.
Imagine them being so heavy they could push through the floor and into the earth.
Feel this magnetic pull and see if you can follow it all the way down into the earth.
And just feel how solid your feet feel.
And now as your breath begins to slow,
As you pay attention to this sensation,
I want you to tune in to the top of your head.
And as you begin to feel your scalp light up,
Sensing where your attention is moving,
I want you to picture your body stretching upward to follow this magnetic pull that's going up through the sky.
Feel the entire length of your body gently stretch between the pull at the bottom of your feet and at the top of your head.
You may feel the need to breathe a little deeper or a little slower as space is open in your spine,
In your joints.
And feel this fluidity start to come into your body with your feet so grounded and your head gently pulled upwards.
Feel your body being able to comfortably sway in different directions between these two still points.
And when you're ready,
Take a couple good deep breaths and open your eyes.
