This somatic healing meditation will take you to the middle of nowhere. „Unhurry yourself“ in a small wooden boat, on a still lake, and regulate your nervous system. Reduce stress and anxiety throughout the day with this deep nervous system calming, containing a visualization and gentle music. Guided yoga nidra is a soothing healing tool - a weekend or vacation doesn’t have to be the only way out of our stress. In these moments of non-doing, we create and integrate the calm energy to support us throughout the day. The more we practice, the easier it becomes for the nervous system to come to a place of calm. Welcome friend,

Please lie down comfortably or sit with full support.

Let your breath flow naturally.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Holding you completely.

You are safe and you can allow your body to gradually start softening.

I am this deep nervous system calming,

You don't need to do anything,

Just receive.

This time is only for you.

Let's take a deeper breath in through the nose and with the exhale let something soften in your body.

And one more deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale it out as you remind yourself that life is a learning journey.

And whatever your heart intends for this yoga nidra,

Feel free to repeat it to yourself.

I am safe and I deserve to rest,

Let go.

Throughout this short rotation of consciousness you are invited to move the awareness part by part to and through your body.

Starting with your right hand,

Feel your heart,

Sense your fingers.

Imagine yourself lying where the sunlight is resting gently on your skin,

Wrap,

Bringing with it the scent of freshly cut grass,

The distant calls of lake birds,

The rustle of reeds and the buzz of dragonflies gliding over the water like shimmering jewels.

Everything is so unhurried,

You are tapping into this state,

Simply unhurried.

Let it soften your heart space,

That space where so many emotions are stored.

Whether fear,

Grief,

Allow the sunlight to greet all of it here.

Knowing that you are fully held,

Powerful presence,

You.

Noticing the nourishing effect of a calm nervous system.
