Climb through your chakras,

Healing through yoga nidra.

This practice is here to help you reset.

So find a space,

A comfortable space on a yoga mat or comfy on the floor,

Some comfortable place for your yoga nidra nest.

Make sure your body doesn't get too cold.

So a blanket over you can help you maintain a body temperature that usually sinks a little bit as we come to a deeper state of rest.

Right now,

As you settle in,

Think of something that your heart desires.

Maybe you know what it is,

Maybe you don't.

But if you do know what it is,

Imagine that it is already done.

And repeat a phrase that affirms it,

Such as,

I am peaceful,

I am peaceful,

I am peaceful.

Or I experience life with ease and grace.

Three times.

Whatever it is,

Settling down.

Get your last wiggles out.

Listen to my cues.

Without movement,

We are bringing awareness to the body parts and not firing up the muscles.

Welcome yourself to your clearing and healing journey into you for a nice little reset.

Feel where you are.

Just bring your awareness to them.

We're bringing our consciousness to them as opposed to fire your lips like tubes of light.

And feel inside your mouth,

Your teeth,

Your inside cheeks.

The whole inside of your mouth,

Radiant,

Alive.

The skin on your face.

Feel the hearing in both ears.

Hearing in both ears.

Going back to the feeling of your throat.

The sensation of energy gliding down your arms to your thumbs.

Your first fingers.

Second fingers.

And your fourth fingers.

Feel just your fingers.

Fingers and thumbs only.

Feel palms and fingers.

The whole hands glowing.

Vibrant.

That energy glides up your forearms to your upper arms like tubes.

All the way back to your throat,

To your neck.

And you feel the awareness of your face in the back of your head.

And back to your throat again,

Down through your chest.

And your back.

Feel this torso.

Vibrant.

Full of energy.

As it glides down to your pelvis.

Feel your pelvis like a bowl of radiant light.

And let that light glide down your thighs.

Feel the top of your thighs that face the sky.

Behind the thighs that face the earth.

The whole thighs.

Notice your knees.

Behind your knees.

Aware of your shins.

The whole tubes of your lower legs.

Your whole legs like tubes of light.

Open.

Vibrant.

Light.

And aware of your heels.

The soles of your feet.

And all ten toes.

Shins.

Back down the front of the legs to all ten toes.

Like a little bubble.

Feel your whole body just radiant.

Glowing.

At times,

At your own pace,

Or more depending on your breath.

Lighting up.

Vibrantly glowing.

More of the earth.

Empty vessel of peace.

Imagine that you are so warm.

So hot.

So hot like a hundred and ten.

And now imagine you're so hot.

Imagine you are heavy.

Heavy on the ground.

So heavy.

Gravity is pulling you down.

So heavy.

Almost going through the earth.

And now imagine you are light as a feather.

Very light.

Floating.

Levitating.

So light.

Now come back to being heavy on the floor.

So heavy.

Come back to the feeling of lightness.

With your mind,

Imagine a wooded forest.

The scent of the apples nearby.

Starts to stir.

You start to notice off in the distance.

These beautiful orange flowers.

Lots of them.

The crunching underneath your bare feet.

Of dry grass.

The scent of orange tiger lilies.

A small hill that leads up to a mountain.

A hill that shows sunflowers.

They reach up just past your belly.

And you feel strong,

Confident,

And vibrant.

You know where you're going.

The sun is shining.

You feel the yellow sun on your skin.

So warm.

So nurturing.

As you head up a little bit further,

The incline starts to rise a little.

As you walk through tall blades of grass.

Beautiful grass.

Reaching up and around you.

Around your shoulders.

Just below your neck.

Just below your throat.

And you feel loved.

You feel nurtured and cared for.

The smell of the grass.

Perfumes of the flowers.

And the massaging feeling of it all against your legs.

You feel playful.

As you start to head up this mountain path.

You walk through beautiful green trees.

So much green.

And you come to a pasture.

And there is a beautiful blue.

Crystalline lake.

It is sparkling.

It is pristine.

It's a hot day.

You go in for a swim.

You jump in the water.

You move around.

You're above.

And you laugh.

You hear the sounds of your laughter.

Lie down.

You feel the heat of the sun.

And just nearby,

A tree is shedding its petals.

So many petals from many trees.

And they are indigo in color.

And they're snowing upon you on this beautiful day as you're drying off.

It feels like heaven.

It smells.

A romantic and comforting sense,

You know.

And above you,

You see some white puffy clouds.

All of a sudden,

You're floating in the sky.

You're floating in these bright,

Fluffy clouds.

They're glistening.

They're sparkling.

It's like you're carried in a healing bed.

And here,

You remember your sun kalpa.

But here,

Sparkly,

Glittery bubbles of light surround you and land.

You feel full.

You feel bright,

Vibrant,

And complete.

And once you know that it's time to go,

You wake up on the ground near the pond.

You make your way down,

All the way to the trees,

The blades of grass,

The sunflowers,

The orange tiger lilies,

All the way back to your tree where you sit.

Knowing it is time to shift into a different reality.

You start to breathe more and either stay for more rest or roll over.

Rest and continue or get grounded with your feet and remember your sun kalpa for the rest of your day.
