So I invite you to get really comfortable,
Have a journal near you and get comfortable to relax,
Meditate and journal.
So when you're ready I invite you to gently close your eyes,
Allow yourself to have a scan of your own body of how you're feeling right now.
Is there any tension within you?
Notice where you feel it and relax that part of your body.
Gently rolling your shoulders,
Moving your neck,
Relaxing your chest,
Relaxing your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Relax your fingers,
Your toes,
Your elbows,
Relax your jaw and your brows.
Just fully having this moment.
Take a moment with the distractions.
Just allowing yourself to be present here.
Is it regular?
Is it slow or fast?
Is it short?
So let yourself start to take a deep breath in and even deeper in and fully release.
Feel yourself already so much more relaxed and ready to just be present with your intuition.
So inviting yourself to visualize as if your intuition is just a higher version of yourself now slowly appearing in front of you.
So feel your higher self,
Your intuition sitting down right in front of you.
You might take a moment to see what they look like.
What is their energy like?
They might bring up colors,
Feelings.
No matter what they bring up within you.
You feel at ease and comfortable in their presence.
And they are here right now to connect with you.
To guide you.
So allow yourself to relax even more knowing you are safe and ready to share this moment with them.
So in this moment,
This is your opportunity to allow yourself to be fully open to your intuition.
To have an honest conversation of what is working and what isn't.
You may now want to ask them,
What is something that will help me connect more with you?
And as you feel this question deep with your feelings coming up,
Take a moment now to ask another question.
What is something that is blocking our connection to each other?
Any feelings to your higher self?
What is something that you wish for our connection?
Allow yourself to listen and feel whatever comes up without judgment.
Just being present with your intuition.
Inviting you now to send gratitude from your heart,
To your intuition,
To your higher self for whatever they shared with you right now.
You can jump back here and connect with your intuition again.
Now be sent to your intuition as they receive it with joy.

Saying goodbye to your higher self.
Goodbye to this moment.
