Welcome.

Thank you.

Take a moment to settle.

And let's accept that there's nothing that needs to change right now.

There's nothing here to solve.

Notice now that you're actually here in the space,

In your body,

And you're listening.

Beneath the surface of today,

There are stories,

Threads of stories that you've been carrying.

These threads and stories attached to beliefs that were formed long ago.

Some of these threads are inherited.

Some of them are learned.

Some of these stories are born from moments when you needed to make sense of the world around you,

What was happening.

You don't need to argue with them.

No need to push them away or to try.

Let your curiosity discover,

If any,

Feel tight.

If some of them feel heavy.

Some of those stories feel tired.

It's the stories that helped you survive.

And they are not mistakes.

But with that curiosity,

Maybe some of them don't need to be with you anymore.

Don't need to be carried.

Don't need to be told the same way.

Because beneath these beliefs,

These stories,

Lies something quieter.

To hear those truths,

We have to come to these spaces more often just to listen.

That story,

That belief,

Underneath of it is the knowing that doesn't need words.

That sense of who you are when nothing is being proven.

You have the invitation to allow one of those threads to break loose or one of those stories to soften.

It doesn't need to disappear.

It just needs to loosen.

It just needs to allow space for something new to emerge.

Notice if and what remains when that story loosens.

You have permission and are allowed to live from what feels true right now.

You are allowed and have permission to change your mind.

You are allowed and have permission to rest inside yourself.

Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it with a ha.

When you're ready,

Return slowly and gently.

Allow yourself to carry what feels kind.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

Your calming delivery and message were a joy to add to my morning. Just what I needed after a restless sleep. Once again your choice of lessons is perfect. I listened twice and Wii again in a few minutes. Thankful for you. May your year be a good one. πŸ•ŠοΈπŸŽΆπŸ’
