Today,
We are going to tune our chakras?
Because if you're here,
It means you had the curiosity.
And if you're here,
I want to invite you now to let go of any need to control,
Release any expectation,
Maybe embody the four agreements and release yourself from judgment,
Release yourself from doing anything than your best,
Being impeccable with your word and not taking things personally.
Don Miguel shared that wise wisdom and in order to participate in this next exercise of chakra tuning,
We have to confront potentially judgments,
The ego,
The need to control the idea of being perfect.
And instead,
Get in touch with that ability to just vibrate.
Just see what happens.
Let's get silly.
Like,
Let's let it all out here.
Then maybe you need to make sure that while you're in this exercise,
You pick a space that's going to help you create a container for yourself.
A place where maybe if your voice is elevated,
That's okay.
No one's really listening.
And if anything comes up,
You have the ability to know that you are protected.
So when you're ready,
Get comfortable and comfortable or feathering your nest is determined by you.
I personally want to feel warm,
Relaxed.
And because we're going to be tuning our chakras,
It is valuable to extend your instrument.
Your instrument is the wind sack inside your body,
Your lungs,
Including the diaphragm and neck.
So sitting upright with a nice straight,
Tall spine.
Imagine yourself being connected by a string.
Imagine yourself just being so comfortable and supported in that position.
Maybe you stand,
Or maybe you are resting.
Wherever you find yourself,
Get comfortable.
We're going to start with the root chakra.
If you can visualize a beautiful red color as we think about this root chakra,
And we're going to notice our breath.
We're not going to change it.
We're just going to be with it.
Gently inhaling and exhaling,
Letting it go.
Another nice,
Deep inhale,
And letting that go.
I'm grateful that you're here.
Now let's vibrate.
When we think about the root chakra,
That red color,
That base,
That grounding,
We are going to start with our lowest vibration.
And it sounds like uh,
Uh.
So you can try and practice that now.
Uh.
Just let some vibration out.
And then when you're ready,
Inhale with me,
And make it continuous.
Uh.
If you run out of air,
Stop.
Take a nice deep breath,
And begin again.
Uh.
Breathe naturally,
And bring that to a close.
If you notice that sound was hard to escape,
If it coughed,
If it went high,
If it went low,
If it did anything unusual,
Different,
Wacky,
Loose,
Uninhibited,
That's great.
This is part of the awareness.
So let's keep going,
And let's envision the sacral chakra,
The orange color.
Okay,
The water element.
Feeling,
Desire,
Movement.
And for this chakra,
We are going to say,
Ooh.
Maybe yours is lower.
Ooh.
However,
Your ooh sounds.
Your lips are together with a nice big,
Nice small,
Oh,
Ooh.
So take a deep breath in,
And just let it go.
Ooh.
Moving onwards and upwards,
We reach the third from the bottom,
The solar plexus,
The Manipura chakra,
The fire center,
The bringer of energy.
We're going to say,
Oh.
So practice,
Oh.
And if you're starting to feel lightheaded,
If you're starting to feel like this is moving too fast,
Simply pause.
Let your breathing return to a normal state,
And don't push yourself.
When you run out of air,
Breathe in,
Let it out,
And release any expectation.
So solar plexus,
Yellow.
Nice deep breath in,
Oh.
And we're in our halfway point.
We've made it to the heart chakra.
And I didn't mention before,
But if you're listening to this,
Again,
Know you can place your hand over the area of that chakra,
And often you may experience something a little different.
So the heart chakra,
Green,
The Anahata chakra of love and feeling compassion,
Peace and centeredness.
We're going to say,
Ah,
Ah,
Ah.
So try that.
Take a nice deep breath in,
And begin.
