This gentle EFT tapping session is for anyone who feels scared that if they finally have something good, it will be taken away, just like it has been in the past. Whether it’s money, love, home, safety, or opportunities, this fear can sit deep in the nervous system, especially after losses like a parent leaving or a loved one dying. In this tapping session, you’ll choose your own word for “this thing” (for example: money, relationship, job, home) and tap through the points while we acknowledge your fear, honour where it came from, and soothe the part of you that is always bracing for loss. Together, we gently open to a new possibility: that it can be safe to receive good things and safe to keep them. You can repeat this practice anytime you notice yourself holding back, sabotaging, or feeling afraid to have “too much” in case it disappears. 528 hz Music by Matt More Zzyzx.

Welcome to this EFT tapping.

My name is Sandhya.

The fear that if you gain something good it will be taken away can feel heavy and exhausting,

Especially when it's happened before.

We're going to tap on this fear and you can repeat the words after me.

If they don't feel right for you,

Feel free to change them.

Before we start to tap,

I'd like you to choose one thing you're afraid of losing.

It might be money,

Relationship,

Home,

Health,

A job or something else.

When I say the word this,

You can put your own word in there.

Let's begin tapping on the side of your hand,

The little finger side,

The karate chop point.

Even though I'm afraid,

If I have this,

It will be taken away from me.

And I deeply and completely accept how I'm feeling.

Even though I'm afraid,

That if I have this,

It will be taken away from me.

And I accept how I'm feeling.

Even though I'm afraid,

That if I have this,

It will be taken away from me.

And I accept how I'm feeling.

Inside the eyebrow,

I'm scared it will be taken away from me.

The side of the eye,

It's happened.

Under the eye,

My system expects a loss.

It feels safer not to have too much.

Under the mouth,

So I don't have as far to fall.

The chest,

This fear.

Under the arm,

This fear.

Side of the eye,

This fear.

Side of the eye,

This fear.

I know it's trying to protect me.

Under the eye,

This fear.

Under the nose,

This fear.

Under the mouth,

It's trying to keep me safe.

The chest,

Even if it's holding me back now.

Under the arm,

This fear.

This pain.

Inside of the eyebrow,

Maybe it's possible to feel a little safer.

I am open to the idea that whatever it might be you're afraid to lose.

I'm open to the idea under the nose,

I'm allowing to receive.

To the possibility that it's safe to have more.

Under the arm,

I am worthy.

Place your hand at your heart center,

At the center of the chest.

Take a deep breath in and away.

You are allowing to receive and to invite good things into your life.

Here you are safe.

Take another deep breath in and slowly open in the eyes,

Knowing you can listen to this track as many times as you need.
