Welcome.

My name's Sandhya.

This is your time to rest,

To soften,

And reconnect with yourself.

You'll be guided with soft breath awareness to settle the body,

Followed by a calming ocean visualization,

Where you'll lie on a soft,

Warm beach,

Completely supported with the gentle sounds of waves arriving,

Arriving and retreating in rhythm with your breath.

I'll also include some affirmations of self-love,

Soothing words that may settle into your heart like gentle waves.

You'll be guided into stillness until you are ready to fall asleep naturally.

All you need to do is to lie back,

Get comfortable,

And allow the words to carry you into rest.

Begin by noticing your breath and deepening the breath,

Inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling through the mouth as though you're blowing out through a straw.

Allow each breath to carry you deeper and deeper down into a state of relaxation.

In through the nose and gently,

Slowly out through the mouth.

There's nothing for you to achieve,

Nothing to do but focus on your breath.

And if thoughts wander,

That's natural.

Allow them to pass by by gently returning to the sound of my voice.

In through the nose,

Gently out through the mouth.

Each word I speak allows you to drift down deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Perhaps your shoulders soften,

Your jaw releases.

Each word I speak relaxes you even more than before,

Your body unwinding,

Sinking down.

With every breath you take,

Feel yourself drifting further into ease.

Each exhale like a small surrender,

Letting go of any heaviness and making space for gentleness.

Breathing in and allowing the breath to return to its usual pace now.

I'd like you to imagine now,

Resting on a quiet beach.

The sand beneath you is warm and steady and the temperature is perfect for you.

You feel as if you're being held completely here.

The air is fresh and the sound of the ocean surrounds you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Waves arrive and retreat.

Each wave moves with your breath.

Each one guides you deeper and deeper into stillness.

The ocean asks nothing of you.

It accepts you just as you are.

Every wave whispers You are worthy.

You are enough.

And you are loved.

Sinking deeper and deeper into stillness.

Feeling held.

Feeling supported and accepted just as you are.

Every part of your body is coming to rest.

Feeling tired.

Heavy.

Relax.

Drifting deeper into the warm and comfortable state of just letting go and allowing the subconscious mind to take on more and more of that responsibility for guiding your awareness down.

Listening to the sound of my voice.

Each word I speak allows you to continue to drift down deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

And you are loved.

Nothing bothers you.

Nothing disturbs you.

Concentrating fully on my voice.

Each word.

Each sound.

Relaxing you even deeper than before.

And as you rest allow these words to sink into your heart.

I am enough.

Exactly as I am.

I am worthy of love and kindness.

I am worthy of love and kindness.

Breath in and away.

Being gentle with yourself.

Allowing each affirmation to settle deeply within you.

This time is for you.

Nobody needs anything from you.

Resting.

Carried by the rhythm of your breath.

Feeling safe and held.

Each moment drifting deeper into peace.

Deeper and deeper into love.

Surrendering.

Letting go.

Becoming aware of how slow and easy your breathing has become.

Every breath feeling more relaxed.

Feeling the whole body getting heavier and heavier.

More and more relaxed.

You are enough.

You are worthy of kindness and love.

Allowing rest.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

And you are love.

Resting and knowing you are love.
