Welcome to this short meditation designed to connect with a space of quietness through the breathing and the sound of the Tibetan singing bowls.
Please find a space where you can sit with your eyes closed or you can either walk around with your eyes open.
Please follow my instructions with an inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth.
Always very soft and slowly.

Hold and continue the inhalation and exhalation with your own rhythm.
Put your hands on your chest and feel the effect of this conscious breathing on your body and your mind.
