Imagine a warm,
Healing light flowing through your body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Visualize this light bringing relaxation and healing to every cell in your body.
Now we'll incorporate the wisdom of Louise Hay.
Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud,
Allowing their positive energy to resonate within you.
I release all resentment and choose forgiveness and love.
I am worthy of healing,
