Welcome to Serenity Oasis in our Relax and Unwind for Deep Sleep series.

We're here to help you let go of the day,

Find peace within,

And ease into a restful night's sleep.

Each session is designed to guide you into a state of calm,

Helping your mind and body relax.

So go ahead,

Settle in and give yourself permission to drift gently into a good night's sleep.

We are so honored to be part of your journey.

We'll go ahead and start keeping those eyes closed,

Taking any last moment stretches.

We'll take a deep breath in and exhale.

Allow yourself to sink into the comfort of your bed,

Starting with a couple of gentle breaths to allow us to arrive into this moment.

With each breath,

Allowing yourself to sink even deeper into the comfort of that bed.

To help us come into a deeper state of relaxation,

We're going to start a breathing technique called the box breath,

And it'll be an inhale through the nose for four.

We will hold for four,

Exhale for four,

And then hold again for four.

We'll do five rounds,

All very gentle,

Very slow,

So please take your time.

We will inhale for three,

Two,

One,

And hold for three,

Two,

One.

Let it go for three,

Two,

One,

And hold for three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One,

And hold for three,

Two,

One.

Let it go for three,

Two,

One,

And hold for three,

Two,

One.

Breathe in for three,

Two,

One,

And hold for three,

Two,

One.

Let it go for three,

Two,

Inhale for three,

Deep breath in for three,

Come back to a regular rhythm in the breath.

As we return to this regular rhythm,

I want you to start following that gentle sensation of each breath flowing in,

Flowing out.

As you breathe in,

Notice fresh air flowing through the nostrils,

Fresh air filling your lungs,

Expanding your chest and belly.

As we exhale,

Chest and belly fall.

Air flows upward and out of the body.

I want you to stay here with this breath,

Flowing in and out.

As we continue to breathe,

I want you to now imagine a staircase,

And you will focus and experience the way of going down,

One step at a time.

Any tiredness you feel begins to melt away.

Anything weighing heavy on the body melting.

You begin to breathe with more ease.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase,

You will see a door in front of you.

As you open it,

You will see a room full of light.

This is cosmic light.

As you enter,

You see yourself surrounded,

Stars all around you,

And you begin to feel your consciousness expanding.

There is no worries,

No anxieties,

No past,

No future.

There is just the freedom of being,

Being who you are in this present moment,

A perfect being of light.

Feel yourself lying in the air with no responsibilities,

No should,

No must,

Nothing you ought to do.

Feel yourself floating in this amazing space,

Giving yourself permission to rest your mind and body,

Allowing this light to shine within you and all around you,

Resting here in this purest form.

Just for a moment,

Let go.

There is nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

We are just breathing.

We will keep the eyes closed.

If you are ready,

Allow yourself to drift fully into a restful night.

We hope this session has brought you closer to a deep,

Peaceful sleep,

And we look forward to guiding you again.
