Take a deep breath with me as we begin,
As we relax,
As we settle in,
As we just let go of everything else.
And simply choose presence in this moment,
Grounded in your intention for today.
What is your intention?
Keep it simple.
Focus on an emotion.
What do you want to feel today?
What do you want more of in your life?
Is it love,
Joy,
Peace?
And grounding into that feeling that you are anchoring into your life,
Your breath,
And whatever intentional breath you are taking,
Whether it is the breath of love,
The breath of peace,
The breath of serenity.
Just take that breath,
Breathe that energy into your body,
Just letting go of everything else and just being present,
Just breathing the breath of your body,
Nourishment into your body.
Every cell in your body,
Breathing that breath of life,
That breath of peace,
That breath of joy,
The breath of bliss into your body,
Nourishing your body and every cell.
And just bring your awareness to those cells and all the nourishment that the cell needs to thrive,
Bringing in that breath,
That life,
That water,
Even that warmth,
That fire,
The cosmos,
All of the elements within every cell balancing,
Creating equilibrium and balance within your body.
And for this moment,
Just relaxing,
Just breathing,
Not trying to control anything,
Just surrendering into the experience of becoming aware of the power of each breath as naturally your body just replenishes,
Balances,
Stabilizes,
Where you can just relax and rest.
For this moment here,
Imagining an egg-shaped dome around your body.
This is your aura,
Your energetic protection shield.
Breathe into the shell now,
Just through intention and awareness that the shell is there.
And with every breath,
Strengthening the shell,
Fortifying the shell,
Breathing life into the shell,
Recognizing and becoming aware of your own ecosystem of life,
The microbiome within you and around you,
Creating balance and equilibrium within your own environment,
Your own shell,
Homeostasis,
The microbiome balancing,
Creating equilibrium within the microbiome,
Harmony with your body,
Working together structurally,
Coming together to thrive as one,
Partnering with your own body,
Your own ecosystem to allow health and wellness to thrive,
Breathing out all that no longer serves you,
Like smoke and letting it go.
Even the thoughts,
The emotions,
The memories,
The karma,
Whatever is coming forward,
Let it go.
Don't follow it.
Don't let it carry you away.
Focus on your breath.
Surrender it for this moment,
If it is not your breath.
This is your moment to nourish yourself.
This is a sacred moment you are giving yourself to just be present with yourself,
Present with your body.
What if that's all your body needs?
This is for you to listen and connect and love yourself,
To honor and to respect yourself and your body,
For you to appreciate and give thanks and gratitude to your body,
Take another deep breath and just relax into this moment.
Relax into what's here,
Where this journey is taking you.
Allow your breath to anchor you.
Allow our collective journey to ride this sacred wave with you as we are all on our journeys together.
We all support each other.
We all want to see each other grow and transform and transcend.
Feeling the support of community within you and around you as we breathe with each other for each other,
As we support each other through the growing pains.
As I release,
You release.

Doing this with and for each other,
Serving a higher purpose,
Not only for ourselves and each other,
But for the world.
As we rise and we just breathe and bring peace,
Channeling peace,
Allowing the peace to just flow through the earth,
Through each other,

And as we sit here and just breathe in this peace now,
Be the anchor,
Not only for yourself,
But for one another,
For the earth.
As your body relaxes and anchors in,
Creating balance and equilibrium and peace in our lives,
Our realities,
In the world.
Just allow yourself to let go and breathe,
Allowing your physical body to be the anchor as you just breathe and relax and flow into the core of your breath,
Of yourself.
