Just your breath,

Take a soft deep breath in and as you exhale the day begins to melt away,

Feel your body held by the bed beneath you,

Supported,

Safe,

Resting,

Let your body begin to soften,

Starting with your feet,

Let them relax,

Now your legs gently releasing,

Your belly softens,

Your chest loosens,

Let your shoulder drop,

Unclench your jaw,

Smooth out your forehead,

Each part letting go with ease,

As if gently sinking deeper into the bed beneath you,

Breathe,

Inhale calm,

Exhale any weight you are carrying,

Exhale calm,

Inhale tranquility,

Exhale every thought and softly repeat within your mind I am at peace,

I am safe,

I can rest now,

Let each word guide you inward,

Deeper into stillness,

Closer to sleep,
