Now close your eyes boys and girls. Get comfortable, Get seated in a position that is both upright and relaxed. As we start to formally get the gratitude gathering underway, We've already opened the space, Consecrated it, Dropped in. We're gonna take a moment to gather ourselves before we bring our hands, One hand to the heart, One hand to the stomach. Using your nostrils, If you're not already, Inhale through the nostrils, Fill up the diaphragm. So the diaphragm is the muscle under your lungs, You're gonna fill your belly, Feel that muscle move. Inhale and then exhale through the nostrils, Contract the belly, Contract the diaphragm. And if you can, As we start to do the first two steps of dropping in, Centering and embodying, Really opening, Centering and arriving. Using your hands, Feeling yourself anchoring to the body, Using your breath to go deeper again, Filling the diaphragm. Let go of the bell pelvic floor, Let go of the lower, What they call the lower dantian in Taoist mysticism in Qigong. It's the lower chambers that many of you don't even know you can breathe into. It's okay if you can't access it, We're only getting warmed up with the warm up. This heart attunement, Gonna kind of throw a curveball and do the eight step gratitude gathering, Heart attunement and energy meditation. A little bit of a truncated form today. Feeling your heart, One hand on the heart, Feeling your abdomen, Your other hand on your abdomen. Every inhale and exhale you take, Drop into the body, Drop into the stomach. Say out loud, I bring my mind into the body. And again, As I said, Any affirmations, I invite you to say use them as commands, Let them come out of your mouth, The words come out of your mouth. Breathing in and out. I drop my mind into my body, Literally feel your mind melting with every inhale and exhale you take melting down into your body. Every inhale and exhale feeling more and more opening to whatever's happening in the mind, Heart, Body and energy systems. Centering more and more in the hands and arriving using the breath more and more and here and now. Breathing, Allowing that diaphragm to drop and expand using the diaphragm to breathe. Feeling more and more embodiment with every breath centering with every breath. Now on the next inhale, I want you to draw all of your awareness still feel your hands still concentrating a bit on the background on the torso. And on this inhale, Bring your awareness to the center of your head. As we start to tap into the three energy centers that we're going to breathe into and activate these three pumps. Every inhale feeling the hands on the heart and stomach, Diaphragm breathing in and out. And now your awareness in the center of your head. Arriving taking a moment to feel the center of your head. No right or wrong. With every inhale as you feel your diaphragm pumping, As if you're pumping into a little valve, Little ball of energy, The center is very much real. And as you breathe, Feel yourself breathing into this mind center. There's no right or wrong, Do whatever comes natural. It can feel as if you're literally breathing both through your torso and through this energy center. Or maybe it feels like there's sensations. Or maybe there's nothing happening. If you're a beginner, Whatever you're doing, Continue to follow my instructions as we drop deeper into this heart attunement and gratitude practice. Breathing into the center of your head as you breathe in and out, Opening the center. So I inhale and exhale, I open my mind center, Say that command and be with those words literally breathing in and out. Feeling this energy or glowing and growing with every inhale. With every exhale, More and more opening of the mind center. Maybe that feels like there's tension releasing from the cranials, The mind easing up with anxiety and thoughts. Maybe it's literally an expansiveness like the top of your mind is opening like a moonroof or sunroof of a car. I open my mind with every inhale and exhale. Literally feeling into the center, Breathing into the center. Feeling your torso and now in the foreground, Your mind center, Breathing in and out. Every breath you take feeling the pulse of your mind center in rhythm with your breath. More and more expansiveness and openness in your mind. Maybe you're noticing like I am spreading to your neck as well. And it's not only physical, It's energetic, Opening all levels as is appropriate for you at this point in your journey. On the next inhale and exhale, I want you to drop down the center of your spine like an elevator shaft. Drop down gently on the exhale down to the heart, Arriving at the heart, The second of the main three main gates or pumps or centers. We're going to activate and open feeling the mind in background now opened and attuned. Now in the foreground where one of your hands is arriving at your heart center, Breathing and connecting with this heart center or intentionally feeling your physical heart and at the center of your chest, The energy center, Like an orb of light or a valve connecting to this heart center with every inhale and exhale feeling the front, The back, The top, The bottom, The sides. I open my heart center with every inhale, Actually saying those words and actually being with those words with every inhale and exhale, Feeling your heart center, The ball of energy, Glowing and growing with every inhale, Every breath you take, Feeling the physical and the energetic opening in the heart scape, Feeling your breath, Opening this heart gateway, Feeling with every pulse, Every breath you take your heart more open, Feeling your mind in the background, That center we opened a moment ago, Feeling it starting to pulse in rhythm in the background, Focusing on the foreground in the heart where we're at every breath you take, Feeling the mind and heart also in rhythm in coherence. My mind and heart are one, Feeling your mind and heart becoming one as your heart breathes, Feel your mind, Breathe and pulse. Inhale and exhale here. Feeling your heart center opening more, Your physical heart center and chest and back of your chest opening more. I open my heart with every inhale and exhale. On the next exhale, Dropping down one last time to where your other hand is on your stomach, Arriving at the power center and the center of the abdomen between the belly button and the sacral known as the power center, The Dantian, Many names. Breathing and arriving on the next inhale, Connecting to this power center where your hand is on your belly, Feeling both the lower abdomen, Lower back, As well as the energy center of this gate, Like an orb of light or maybe like a valve. With every breath I take, I connect to my power center, Feeling all of your awareness and focus down in the abdomen, Feeling in the background, The heart and mind breathing in unison in the foreground. Now connecting with the power center with your breath, Inhaling and exhaling. Every breath I take, I connect with my power center. You both connect with that physical region of your body, As well as the energetic center, The pump in the very middle of your being. Every inhale and exhale, I open my power center, Saying those words and being with them, Literally using that command, Breathing in and out, Feeling your power center, Pumping with every breath, Opening, Physically relaxing and the energy center opening more and more. Do another couple of exhales and inhales here, Finishing the last round at the power center. And on the next inhale, I want you to inhale through the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart and then exhale down from the hand on your heart down to the hand on your stomach, Literally inhaling through the power center up. Exhale from the heart down to the power center, Creating an orbit or a cycle. As you breathe up, You bring your energy, Your focus, Your awareness and intention within you. Up as you exhale, Feel it all pulsing down, Tracing the breath, Allowing the energies and your awareness and intention and attention to focus in on that breath cycle, Creating that rhythm. Inhale up. Exhale down. Inhale up from the hand on the stomach up to the hand on the heart. Exhale down from the hand on the heart to the hand on the stomach. Inhaling, Feeling the energy going down. Allow that breath cycle to continue. Do another couple rounds. On the next round, Let that breath cycle continue in the background and in the foreground. Pause at the heart. Bring your attention to your heart, Allowing that breath cycle to continue in the background, Feeling that pulse and rhythm continuing, Breathing like that in the background and zooming in on the heart now, Feeling your heart that you've opened, Taking a moment to check in with it. Maybe there's already emotion there like I'm sensing. Maybe there's nothing. I'm taking a moment to greet the heart. Hello, Heart. Hello, Old friend. Starting to transition into the gratitude activation, To bring forth certain prompts as you tune into the heart, Feeling the breath in the background, Inhaling up, Exhaling down, Zooming in on the heart. I want you to start by bringing to heart, Bringing forth in your heart consciousness one person you're grateful for that's in your life, That's in your life today or recently, Preferably recently. If you can't, That's fine. Go farther back. Bring that person, Feel their presence in your heart. Maybe see their face in your mind's eye. One person you're grateful for and allow that energy to start activating the vibrations of a heart, Kind of like you're starting a fire, Because that's literally what we're doing. We're starting to attune and bring in these higher vibrations of gratitude, Bringing this person to mind and heart, Maybe bringing a smile to your face, Or if there's tears, Maybe it's somebody that's passed recently. Maybe you're grateful that they were present. Depending on where you're at, Let your heart bring forth a person you're grateful for, Bringing forth that gratitude for their existence in your life, Breathing in and out and feeling that gratitude. Their presence is a gift from God, Literally a present. Now let's shift to another experience, Letting that person stay in the heart. Now bring forth one experience you're grateful for, Recent experience. Maybe it's going somewhere fun. Maybe it's a meal with a loved one, A walk with somebody or a pet. Bring to heart, Bring forth in your heart consciousness to continue those breaths in the background. Bring forth a recent experience that you're grateful for, A positive experience, A joyful, Happy experience, And start to reactivate the experience. Feel the moments of joy in your mind's eye. See it again, Maybe sense it again in your other senses, Feeling more and more gratitude in your heart that you had this opportunity, That you have these moments, That you can experience these luxuries of gratitude. Continuing to breathe and allow as you're breathing, Inhaling up and exhaling down from the heart to the stomach and the stomach to the heart, Starting to feel this gratitude in your heart. Maybe you can start to breathe that energy as if it's like Kindle on a fire. You can maybe spread the vibrations with your breath. Maybe feel as you exhale down that sensation, That pulse, That vibration, That energy spreading more and more with the breath, Giving gratitude for that person and now this experience. Now let's bring a third gratitude moment forward. How about a growth point? Let's bring forth a growth point that we're grateful for, Something that started as a painful experience, Maybe a breakdown that led to a breakthrough, A learning, Pearls from the pain as some say in the spirituality community. Let's start to bring forth that in our heart, The gratitude for this transformative growth, This learning, These pearls from the pain, Feeling how you made it through, How it may have not felt like that and how now on the other side, You see it more clearly and showering the gratitude in your heart, Spreading it with your breath. If you can start to spread that vibration, Inhaling up, Exhaling down, Feel it maybe as a color, Maybe as a tone, Spread that energy in your heart with the breath. Allow it to grow. Allow yourself to amplify it, Fanning the flames of gratitude with your breath, With your awareness and intention. Literally as if you're spreading the energies with your breath. Give yourself a hug now and let's bring this warm up heart attunement to a close with gratitude for ourselves. Embrace yourself. Let go of your hands on your heart and stomach and embrace yourself. Feel yourself breathing up and down. As you rub your arms, As you give yourself gratitude, Thank you for being here, Haas. Say your name. Say it to yourself and your inner child. Say it to even parts of you. You may not have even met within you. Maybe your higher dimensional parts. I'm grateful for me, For being here, Taking another moment to embrace yourself and gently letting go of the inner landscape, Coming back to the room, Room gently, Allowing yourself to assimilate back to the room. Breathing and allowing coming back to this reality. What I'm going to do is I'm going to invite you to grab a piece of paper, Something to write on and with, Or if you want to draw even better, A blank piece of paper and coloring tools. We're not going to take long. We're going to transition now into while you're in this primed, Open and attuned field, We're going to go into this envisioning a new earth. Many people talk about this, This new earth. What is this new earth? And frankly, I have to confess only the last couple of years have I been doing what we're about to do. And last week I did a portion of this. So make sure I'm practicing what I preach. So what we're going to do is I invite you to take a moment to gather whatever you want to write with, To gather yourself from that practice, Grab something to write with. And I want you to then go back within, Go back within and start to ask yourself from your heart centered place, Start to ask yourself from a heart centered place. Maybe you can say heart or higher self show me I'd like to tap into my vision for this future world. So if you don't like the words new earth, That's too woo woo. Basically when people use that term, They mean all these prophecies, All these ancient wisdom teachings. And now the science is showing us the geopolitics is showing us it's peak novelty. The end of the world as we knew it, There's new systems coming online. That's what they mean. So start to go within not a thinking or a heart centered holding of your vision. I'm going to pepper these in. I'm going to put some background music. I'm going to give us a few minutes, Four or five minutes. I know that's not much to start to tap into this. At the end of today, I'll tell you where you can go further and fan these flames some more. So for now, Start to close your eyes and start to bring it forward as a vision. Maybe it's an image. Maybe it's an image. So start to envision what would this new earth look like? Start with a blank vision, Simple, Big picture. So we're going to start priming our consciousness now that we're in an open and attuned state. What kind of government would I like to see? Let's start with that first one. And maybe you can see it. And if you see it and you're clairvoyant, Then maybe start to write down the elements. Or if you're like me and you're claircognizant, Which means the energies come through and download more in an embodied way. I get words. I'm not clairaudience. So whatever's coming through, Taking a moment, What is your vision for this new earth? What is your vision for this new earth? What kind of government starting there? What kind of government would you like to see? Louise Hayes, One of my teachers and the founder of Hay House, God rest her soul, Used to say we were hemming and hawing about this government sucks, That government sucks. Start dropping in, Envision it. What kind of government would you like to see? What are the members of the leadership of the government of this new earth you're envisioning? What are they like? What are the qualities of this new government? And when we say new, We don't mean we want to abolish anything, Simply let go of the old. So what would that look like? What would the government I would like to see? What are the characteristics? What are the elements? So maybe like elements, Like a soup, Ingredients. That's the way it came in for me two weeks ago. When I start with what is the government I'd like to see? What is the vision that I have for this new earth? What kind of government would I like to see? The second prompt that dropped in for us, How would your ideal city look? How would your ideal city look? Maybe even transport yourself back inside and take yourself there. Time's not linear, Folks. How would your ideal city be? What would it look like? Let your heart show you, Let your soul guide you. If your mind comes in, That's okay. We love the mind. The mind often is limited. Even if we've done this warmup, The heart is limitless. What would the city I'd like to live in, That new earth city, What would it look like? What would it be like? Would it be like a city of divine lights like I saw two years ago? And if so, What would the elements of it start to write them down? If you could create heaven on earth in a practical way, What elements would it entail? If you could create heaven on earth in a very real way, Start to draw it on your canvas. This paper is your canvas. This is your permission slip. Sharing, Downloading, Envisioning the essence of your ideal society, Your proverbial heaven on earth. And if you don't have much, That's okay. When I started this, It wasn't much. It took me two years to start unpacking. So some of you, Maybe not much, It's okay. Maybe energies, Maybe emotions, Maybe sensations, Maybe simply an image or a color that you're going to use in your life. That's okay. Whatever is coming through is coming through. This is a permission slip to not hold back, To let your heart and soul guide you. What are we waiting for? Who are you waiting for? The time is now. Envisioning and writing it down, Transcribing that government, The new earth city, The new earth society. What are the elements, The ingredients and essence of this heaven on earth? Starting to gather a list of these key elements of this new earth that we are envisioning together. We have tremendous divine power, Both individually and collectively, Both individually and collectively. Dr. Emoto, E-M-O-T-O. Many people have heard of him. He's the water's research guy. Okay. Well, Dr. Emoto goes to one of the most polluted lakes. I believe it was in Europe. I don't remember the geography. It was a very polluted lake. And when we say polluted, They took what's known as bioassay, Samples of the biology of the water. And it was, Not only don't drink this, If you drink this, You will die. He got everybody together, Like I did today. Like God told me to do a planetary blessing on March 20th. I got everybody together. Dr. Emoto gets everybody together. So we're about to talk about the spiritual sciences of collective blessings or collective prayer. You can kind of call them the same thing. The operative effect is the same. He gathered them all at the lake and they all sat there and they meditated on cleansing vibrationally the energy of the lake. Lo and behold, The tremendous divine power we have individually amplifies. If we do it collectively, Then we build an even bigger field of energy that then has the power to give specific vibrations and imbue them into the field of energy. So what did they find? The pollution was gone and the water was drinkable. We have tremendous power individually. And when you come together, The power of these collective intentions, Now here's the kicker folks. You need to focus on the same thing. You need to focus on the same thing. When we gather together with one specific focus in our mind, In our heart, And in our field embodied, Such as today and this practice, We're about to get into this, Bring peace vibrations to the planet. There is a quantifiable effect and impact on the very field. Never let anyone tell you that a small group of people cannot change the world for indeed that is often who has. How y'all feeling out there? Is anybody inspired by this? Is anybody ready to actually do this and actually help stabilize and bring more clarity to the field of this planet? Do what we gathered here collectively on a very powerful day to do. So everybody, This is the formal part of the practice. I'm going to ask you to get into a state that you can put aside what you need to put aside your work, Writing, Typing, Et cetera. Come back to the room. And I want you to do is I want you to stare at this globe. I want you to look at this globe. So we're all looking at the same globe, Right? So what did I say? The science behind it is showing that if everybody's concentrating on the one specific outcome and a specific field, A specific way, The more unified, The more harmonized, The more in tandem, In unison we are, Right? So I want you to take a look at this globe. I want you to take a look at this globe. And I want you to use this as a primer for the visualization we're about to begin. Taking a moment to breathe in the globe. I'm gonna put it all the way up. Taking a moment to breathe in the globe. Not my shiny head. Not that globe. This globe. Globe. That is the earth. Taking a moment. Now close your eyes. Close your eyes. Now see that image. See that image now in your mind's eye with your eyes closed. Seeing that image. See your hands around that orb. See your hands around that orb. Then gently opening your eyes again and again, Opening and gazing at this globe that's in front of you. This globe that's like a little ball. Intently gazing at it again. Seeing maybe your hands around it and then closing your eyes and literally seeing yourself again holding the earth like a little ball. Breathing and using this visual. Maybe opening your eyes one more time. Using this visual as a prompt to support connecting with the earth's actual field. We're going to do in a few moments in this practice that we're going to formally begin together. One more time. Breathing it in. This is the earth, The globe, Your hands around it. Breathing it in and then staying inside with this visual primed into your field of consciousness. With this visual primed into this field of consciousness, Let us keep our eyes closed and begin this bringing peace to the planet. Practice formally, Bringing one hand to the heart, One hand to the stomach, Going back within to the inner landscape, Tuning into the mind, The heart and power center, The three main gates, Concentrating and bringing more of your intention and awareness to the torso, One hand on heart, One hand on stomach or the power center. Using the diaphragm and your nostrils to inhale and exhale. As you inhale and exhale, Feel all three centers. Activating the mind center, Opening and pulsing with every breath, The heart center, Opening and pulsing with every breath, The power center in the abdomen, Opening and pulsing with every breath, Breathing in and out. I think your nostrils and diaphragm do all the work, Really dropping the lower diaphragm, Allowing your hands to anchor you and your breath to deepen you as you open center and arrive deeper and deeper, Going deep into your heart with every breath you take, Going deep into your heart, Seeing in the middle of your chest, Middle of your chest, The beam of light coming out, Coming out, And then as if you're holding your hands and holding that ball, That globe, That orb that we primed into our visual, See yourself holding that orb of the earth, That globe of the earth in your hands and your heart as you breathe, Beaming and connecting with it. Every inhale, Feeling and seeing in your mind's eye, That globe that was on your screen, Your hands around it, And now your heart beaming into it, Connecting with the field of the earth through the field of your heart. Because if you're holding the planet in your field, Because that's literally what you're doing at a quantum mechanical level, You're literally bringing the energy of the planet. In this little globe, It represents the field, The soul, The energy and grid of the planet, Your hands around it, Holding this globe with your beam of your heart, Connecting with it with every inhale, Feel the earth pulsing with you, Connecting your field to the earth's field, Feeling the energies of God pouring in from above and out through your heart and out through your hands. We're not going to use our energy. No, We're going to ask God to pump energy through us to do this work. Opening that gate and breathing in, Feeling energy streaming from God from source down into your crown, Down into your hands, Into that orb, Into that globe, That you're holding in your field of consciousness, In your mind's eye, Your heart beaming into it, Your hands beaming into it, Taking a moment to willfully connect with the field of the planet, The planetary grid. What are you starting to notice about it? What are you starting to notice as you start to tune in and connect? It's no right or wrong. Like a curious friend, Start to look at the globe and the planet, Start to feel into it, Start to connect your heart with its field and its heart, Your hands streaming God's source down into you and out your hands into the globe. Maybe you can talk to the field. Maybe say to it, Earth, I'm ready. Are there any parts that seem dark maybe? What are you noticing? Are there any parts that seem unstable or even worse? Are there any parts of the earth that have been tampered with maybe synthetically, Maybe by dark forces? What are you noticing as you're connecting your heart, Holding this earth in your hands, In your mind's eye, That divine light beaming into the earth through your hands, Your heart connecting with the heart of the earth, The field of the earth, Starting to ask the earth for information. Does your heart or consciousness draw you to any part of the earth's field, Any part that is zooming in or anything you're noticing? Each of you may pick up different data, Different codex, And that's all good. It's meant to be a team effort. Together, We make the dream work and together we are rising and together the planet will rise more and more as we start to really tune in, Beam in, Your heart beaming in, Your consciousness beaming in, Your inner vision holding it, This orb in your proverbial field of your hands, Breathing in and out, Maybe even asking the earth, What do you need right now? What divine energies can I give you right now? It may seem weird. If you're new to this, That may seem weird. If you want to experiment, You're going to then tap into your unconscious, Super conscious senses and your extrasensory pathways, Non-local information. As you breathe, Connect to the earth. Let her communicate with you through your heart and field. What are you noticing? What does she need? Breathing, Pulsing, And connecting with the earth, Allowing the energies to flow through you and to you and into the earth. How can you support right now? What divine energies can you call in through your hands down from God into the earth? You don't have to know or think. Let your heart and your super consciousness continue to guide you. Source and your soul will continue to guide you. Follow my instructions and let your consciousness naturally continue this journey, This very real planetary blessing. And then bring your intention now into your heart. Maybe it was the intention you set during the second envisioning practice, Envisioning a new earth, Or maybe it's an intention now. From your heart, What is your intention for this planet that you're holding in your field, In your hands, And all beings on it? What is your intention for this planet and all beings on it? Feeling the vibration and frequency of this intention and its essence in your heart before you start to beam it like a laser, Continuing that heartbeam towards the earth, Letting that intention beam out only after you've started to embody it, Feeling the vibration and frequency. If it's stability, What does stability feel like before you start beaming it into the earth? Be a stable beacon. If it's fierce kindness, Be fierce kindness. If it's divine justice, Feel divine justice within you before you beam that essence of intention into the earth. If it's justice or forgiveness, Be that forgiveness. Breathing in and out and allowing that energy to pulse out of your heart into the earth, Letting your intention imbue into the field of the earth, Letting it come out of your hands. Are you noticing a color to this energy of your intention? Is there a color or hue? Maybe you can tune in to the vibration of the hue or color of your intention that you're beaming into the earth. And if you can, That's great. Really start to amplify that color. And if you can't, That's okay. Stick with what's working. Be different stages of your practice. Maybe there's a tone to this energy that you're beaming into the earth. Sound and light, AKA color and tone. If there isn't a color or tone, That's fine. If there is, Start to feel that color and tone beaming with the intention and vibration and energy signature into the earth. See it spreading from your heart, From your hands into the earth and its grid. Every inhale, Pulsing that energy, Beaming it into the earth and its grid. You don't have to understand what the earth's grid is. Simply give it to the earth and intend that God guide this. If you're new, For instance, You could say, God let this happen in the most optimal way. See and feel and sense and intend for these energies to spread from your hands into the earth and into its grid. This vibrational essence intentionally beaming out of your heart into the earth's heart and field. Maybe you have a blessing you want to give the planet. If there's words you want to add in addition to your intention, We're going to do more of that in a few moments for now. You want to do it on your own. Seeing these energies beaming into the planet, Feeling the collective field, Stabilizing and absorbing and the earth breathing in these energies as you breathe and absorb and pass it to the earth, Feel the breath of the earth and the energy of the earth absorbing and integrating and breathing in what we're giving her. Begin blessing and seeing the energies beaming into the planet. Now start to see all of our beams, All of our beams, Synergizing every single one of our beams coming together in unison and harmony, Honing our collective power, Seeing your stream being amplified, A bigger stream of collective power, Integrating and breathing all of these energies into the planet, The highest good of all and the most benevolent outcomes, Feeling your energy and our energies all beaming together. Breathe and feel that energy and intention going into the planet. Feel all of us beaming together, Feel the planet breathing and absorbing and integrating. Feel it going deep into the various layers, Different environments and ecosystems, The different topographies of the earth, Anywhere and everywhere that your field of consciousness and inspiration takes it. See us all now in a divine circle of golden light beginning to wrap around you and the globe. Feel and sense a divine circle of golden light beginning to envelop around each and every one of us and all of us and the earth. It's golden light wrapping around us lovingly, Lovingly, Really enveloping us, Really feeling more and more of that divine golden energy wrapping lovingly and firmly around each and every one of us and all of us in the earth. Feel that golden energy going to the minerals, To the plants and flora and trees, To the animals and insects. To the humans and non-physical beings, Even to the lost souls and discarnate beings. Feel and sense a feeling of divine unity, Divine peaceful healing building within this circular field. Within this circular field, It's a field of energy more and more this divine gold field of circular energy wrapping around us as we take a breath in pulsing with this field and this field really starting to amplify these collective prayers and blessings. These energies seeping into each of us and the entirety of the globe as well as all beings. It's golden field pulsing as we breathe in and out. Let my words be your words. Say them out loud. Noticing as you're embracing the earth, Are there any differences? Do you notice any shifts or changes? Giving any final energies at this time that you feel inspired, Divinely inspired to give the earth, Exhaling it into the earth and viewing it with your breath into the earth. Gently letting go of the earth, Gently coming back to your body in this point in time, In this point in space, In this point in reality.
