Getting ready for deep and divine sleep.
This involves decompressing your mind,
Attuning your heart,
Relaxing the tension in the body,
And clearing the energetic field.
It is important to set an intention for divine protection as you drift off into the dreamscape.
So now,
Let's begin our practice.
Making sure you're already laying in bed.
Begin by rubbing the center of your brow.
The center of your brow downwards,
Rubbing it firmly a few times.
Whatever is comfortable rubbing this region,
The center of your brow downwards,
Will help soothe a part of your brain that regulates your nervous system.
Rubbing gently and firmly downwards the center of your brow,
And then bringing your fingers to gently massage the inner corner of your eyes near the bridge of your nose.
Gently massaging this inner corner of your eyes near the bridge of your nose.
With the tips of your thumb or fingers as is comfortable.
Put your hands on your torso,
Allowing them to rest.
One hand on your heart,
One hand on your stomach,
Allowing you to relax,
Anchor,
And become present with your body and to your breath.
With every inhale and exhale,
I invite you to breathe into the commandments and affirmations and follow along to the sound of my voice.
Letting your breath anchor you to the here and now,
And to this present awareness,
To this embodied moment.
I call all parts of me back to me now.
With every breath,
Letting go of the day,
Calling more and more of yourself back to you now.
Allowing all your energies to arrive here and now.
With every inhale and exhale,
Gathering all parts of yourself back to you now.

Arriving fully in the present,
Being fully immersed in your breath,
Hand on heart,
Hand on stomach.
With every inhale,
Allowing yourself to relax more and more,
Centering more and more.
Let's take a moment to reflect briefly on this day that passed.
Bring to your mind and to your heart three things that you are grateful for from today.

A moment with a loved one,
Or persevering and overcoming a hardship.
Allowing yourself to feel into and reflect into three things you're grateful for from today.

Now with this breath that you draw in,
This breath I now bring my day to completion.
My exhale letting go of any unresolved tensions or disputes.
With this breath,
I now bring my completion,
Letting go and releasing the past.
With every breath,
Letting go of past events.
As I release the past,
More and more,
With every inhale and exhale,
All past issues or concerns are exhaled away.
I also release the future with every breath,
Letting go of thinking about tomorrow or any future events.
I release the future with every inhale,
Bringing myself to the present.
With every exhale,
Releasing any anxiety or worries about what lies ahead.
I exhale away the future and I breathe into the present more and more with every inhale,
Breathe into the present.
I am here now.
Now,
Next exhale,
Draw your awareness even more fully to all of your body,
Noticing all of your body and especially bringing your focus to the top of your head.
Notice as you're laying on your back with your hand on your heart and your hand on your stomach,
Breathing and feeling the fullness and whatever's present in your body.
Draw your focus to the top of your head.
And as we inhale and exhale,
Let's dissolve any tension with every inhale and exhale,
Letting go of any physical tension in our bodies,
Starting with the top of our head,
Allowing our bodies to relax and any tension to dissolve and drain with every inhale and exhale.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Letting any tension,
Any constriction dissolving,
Draining down from the top of the head,
Relaxing all the way down the cranium through the neck,
Feeling the head,
Skull,
The eyes and jaw,
Shoulders and neck all dissolving,
All draining.
Allow yourself to dissolve with every breath through the torso,
Your back and front,
Through your chest,
Through all aspects of your torso,
Front and back.
Inhale and exhale away the tension,
The constriction,
Letting your arms relax more fully,
Your arms and hands relaxing with every inhale and exhale,
Allowing more and more of the top half of your body to dissolve and melt into the bed,
Allowing your attention and constriction with every inhale to dissolve further down the body into the legs,
Into the lower half of your body,
Feeling your legs and all of your lower body down to her toes,
Relaxing and draining,
Dissolving and letting go,
Feeling all of you melting into the bed,
Any tension and constriction,
Exhaling,
Letting go tension and constriction,
Exhaling and draining out of your feet.
I drain my body of tension with every breath,
Settling my body with every breath,
Clearing with every breath.
I relax with every breath,
Every breath,
More and more,
Allowing your body to relax and melt being present with all that is allow my mind to rest into my body with every exhale,
Allow my mind to rest into my body with every exhale.
My mind is in my body with every breath.
My mind and heart are in sync with every breath.
I slow my bio rhythm to a sleeping state,
Allowing my mind and bio rhythm to sink in cohesion,
Breathing more and more into relaxation,
Calling all parts of me back more and more with every breath.
I call upon my higher self now.
I call upon my divine team of guides now.
Call upon my higher self and divine team of guides to protect and guide me through me through this dreamscape.
Guide me and protect me through my sleep.
I now ask and close any and all portals.
I now close any and all portals.
I now clear any and all negative interferences.
With the support of the divine energies sealing and protecting my space,
I am divinely protected now and always.
I set my intention to regenerate,
To replenish and restore during this sleep.
As I breathe,
I feel the setting of this intention in my mind.
As I inhale,
Feeling the anchoring of this intention into my heart.
As I breathe,
Feeling the settling and anchoring of this intention into my cells,
Into my body,
Allowing all these divine energies to come into my body.
I now allow my body to be filled with divine energy.
As I breathe,

Allowing all these divine energies to come into my space.
As I go off into divine sleep,
I inhale into divine sleep,
And I exhale and let go.
I inhale and allow and enter into divine sleep.
Exhale and let go.

Breathing easily into the dreamscape.
