Welcome to your Color of Love meditation.

I'm Kay Jack and I'll be leading you through the next 10 minutes where we'll find love,

Grounding,

And a sense of peace within our hearts.

Join me for this meditation by finding a comfortable place to be.

Find a way that you can sit well,

Letting your spine be long,

Your shoulders rolled back,

Thinking about getting your shoulders all the way down,

Dripping into your back pockets,

Letting them be heavy with gravity.

Let your spine be supported by your hips.

Let your hips feel connected to the ground below you.

Allow your body to make any micro-movements or adjustments now or throughout our time to keep yourself aware,

Alive,

And comfortable.

An invitation to place your hands face up on your lap to receive this loving meditation.

As you begin to find this comfortable way of being,

Allow your eyes to soften or even drift closed.

Let your focus be on the breath,

Allowing your belly to expand with your inhales and allowing the belly button to draw in with every exhalation,

Noticing the pace of your breath,

Noticing the sensations within your body,

Perhaps on your skin or maybe a layer deeper in your muscles.

Maybe you can feel the beat of your own heart.

Take these awarenesses in,

Just noticing who you are in this moment.

Allow your mind to trace the breath in and out.

Maybe you can expand your ribs a little wider without lifting your collarbone,

Allowing for that expansion of inspiration.

Begin to focus your awareness in your heart space below your sternum,

Feeling this area,

Maybe connecting to it visually in your mind's eye,

The space that holds your heart,

The rhythm of your life force.

Allow yourself to fill this area with your favorite shade of pink,

Maybe noticing the texture,

Letting it be soft,

Smooth,

And full.

Allow it to skate and flow through this space like water,

Filling the crevices,

Letting this space and the color become one.

As you deepen this feeling within your being,

See if you can invite another color in,

Your favorite shade of green.

See if the green and the pink can merge with one another,

Each staying their own respective color but interweaving,

Blending,

Dancing with one another in your heart space,

Maybe making shapes or just simply flowing and filling the cavities of this space.

Notice how these colors dance together.

Allow them to paint their own abstract picture as you continue to fill up with this feeling in your heart space.

Let your mind become still.

Let it be focused in your heart,

Maybe even bowing down to your heart,

Allowing this experience to fill you with love.

Allow it to anchor you to all that you love within you and within the world around you.

Allow these colors to wash and expand your heart,

Allowing for more grace in your life with self and with others,

Maybe lifting your head back to neutral.

See if you can send this love out into the world.

We are all connected by an etheric plasma.

Can you imagine these colors rippling through that plasma,

Finding their way to anyone who may be open to receiving this level of love,

Including yourself?

Imagine to bring your palms together,

Rubbing them vigorously in front of your heart space.

Envision these colors,

If you were sending them out,

Coming back to you,

Back to your core,

Back to your heart.

And then place your hands over your heart to seal this into your being.

What does it look like to live into your day from this place,

Colored with love?

Gently find your breath again,

And reach your hands over your head,

Connecting palms together above head,

And then gently tracing them down your central channel all the way to your heart space,

Thumbs to sternum.

Thank you for showing up for yourself in this space at this time.

Much love.
