Settle in, soften your shoulders, and let your natural breath guide you into quiet presence. In this gentle practice, you’ll feel the steady rise and fall of each inhale and exhale as an intimate exchange with the world, nourishing yourself with inspiration and offering carbon-rich gratitude back to the trees and flowers around you. Rub your palms together to kindle warmth, seal it over your heart, and anchor a sense of peace before you re-enter your day. Perfect for a quick reset whenever you need to reconnect to the cyclical rhythm of life and remember that every breath is both a gift received and a blessing shared.

Begin by finding a comfortable place to sit.

Perhaps having your back supported against a wall or allowing your core to hold you up.

And as you begin to find the stability in your spine,

Notice your breathing.

Notice its steadiness,

Its quality today.

Notice that without your controlling,

It operates and it just is.

Allow your shoulders and your jaw to relax to feel the presence of your inspiration,

Your inhale.

And as you exhale,

Share this inspiration with the world around you,

The trees,

The flowers,

All that benefit from the carbon dioxide releasing from your body,

Creating cyclical cycles and flow.

And in this way,

Fill up with the gratitude of this exchange,

This cyclical nature of the breath of life.

With a few more cycles of breath,

Begin to rub your hands together,

Creating heat in between your palms,

And then place your hands over your heart,

Sealing in this peace,

This gratitude,

This inspiration,

This breath.

Gently opening your eyes or coming back to your space,

Allow yourself to move slowly into your day today.

Namaste.
