It's wonderful to be here with each and every one of you.
Let's go ahead and get started.
So with a nice deep breath,
I'm going to invite us all to just close our eyes,
Gently beginning to shift the awareness inside.
And gently begin breathing a little deeper and softer than you normally breathe.
Beginning to come more firmly into the body and into this moment with the breath.
And with each breath,
I want to just see if you can relax the body even more.
As if each inhale comes into the body,
Massages around some tension or discomfort.
And as you breathe out,
The body just surrenders and relaxes.
Letting your shoulders drop down,
Inviting the muscles of your face to relax.
Maybe even letting go in your belly,
So your belly just moves freely.
Now I invite you to just continue with that slow,
Deep breath and gently begin bringing this breath into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.
Maybe you even want to place one or both hands on top of your heart to really connect with this sacred space.
Maybe you feel the gentle beating of your heart and the rhythm of life flowing through your body and field.
And as you continue to breathe,
Feeling back into that essence of surrender,
Of relaxing with the breath,
Feeling yourself come into alignment with your heart.
Now as you're present in your heart,
Breathing deeply and slowly,
I invite you to bring into your heart something,
Experience,
A moment in time,
A friendship or a relationship in which there may be some tension or unresolved energy.
I want you to bring this into your heart and just begin breathing it into this space of love.
And ask your heart,
How can I hold this experience in the energy of unconditional love?
How can I see this person or place through the eyes of unconditional love?
You may even ask,
What does unconditional love have to teach me about this?
We're going to go into a few minutes of silence.
I invite you to just continue being aware of your heart's wisdom,
Breathing deeply and being present as you listen for the response of your heart.
Still breathing deep,
Still breathing slow,
Still tuning in to the heart's wisdom.
Gently gather up this experience,
This moment in time that you're receiving wisdom and clarity around and in your heart,
Just begin to wrap it in a ribbon of love as if every time you encircle this moment,
This person,
This experience in this ribbon of love,
That their energy field becomes lighter.
The experience becomes lighter,
More joyful.
Love begins to be infused into this moment.
And witness as this ribbon of love begins to dissolve the experience,
Transmuting it through the energy of love and liberating it back to the universe,
Its rightful place from where it came.
Then gently settle back into the deep breath,
Feeling the beating of your heart once more,
Taking a moment to thank your heart for the wisdom it provides and for the way that it guides you through each day of your life.
And then begin bringing gentle movements into the fingers and toes,
Letting the body move in whatever way it feels called to move.
Letting your breath go and letting your breath take on a more natural rhythm.
When you're ready,
Gently blinking your eyes open and returning your awareness to the physical space that holds you.
