Hello,

Dear one,

And welcome to this guided meditation intended to help you slow down and center in this precious present moment.

At this time,

I'd like to invite you to go ahead and gently close your eyes,

Shifting your awareness inside.

For a moment,

Just notice how you feel.

Notice whatever subtle sensations or emotions are present in your mind,

Body,

And field.

As you notice,

Just gently be aware,

Without judgment,

For the need for things to be any different than they are at this time.

And gently begin deepening your breath,

Inviting your inhales and exhales to be just a little longer and slower than what you're used to.

And as you begin to breathe more deeply,

See if you can just feel into your body with this breath.

Observing as the breath flows in through your nose,

Down your throat,

And into your lungs.

Expanding your lungs and filling it with this fresh energy of life.

When you breathe out,

Notice how your lungs,

Your chest,

And belly begins to contract and that air flows back out,

Up through your throat and back out through your nose.

Just for a moment,

Stay with this flow of breath.

Allowing yourself to be truly present with what it feels like to be aware of your breath.

What it feels like to notice and be still with your breath.

And as you continue to breathe this deep breath into your body,

Filling up your lungs,

Your belly,

Your chest with this precious breath,

I invite you to intentionally let go of anything that is not serving you with each exhale out.

As if the in-breath gathers up all the pain and the sorrow and the frustration,

Anger,

Fear,

From all the different spaces in your body.

When you exhale out,

It's released back into the universe where it's transmuted into love.

Just letting these nice deep breaths gathering up anything that's not serving you at this time and letting it go,

Returning it to love.

Another very deep breath just like this,

Gathering up all the limiting beliefs,

Limiting thoughts,

Limiting ideals and sending them out,

Returning them to love.

And then gently begin bringing your awareness back to the physical space that holds you.

Can wiggle your fingers and toes and gently move your head from side to side.

When you're ready,

You may return your awareness and open your eyes as if you're looking at the room around you with completely new and fresh sight.
