Follow its moving trajectory.

And see it landing on the rose.
On an exquisite red rose.
The color of deep dark.
The butterfly is calmly sitting on the rose,
Without much movement.
Just witness it.
Observe it simply sitting on the rose,
Slowly flapping its wings,
Once every so often.
Get closer and notice its size,
Its shape,
Its color.
Notice the patterns.
Notice its very soft texture of its wings.
This is your mind.
Your calm,
Relaxed and quiet mind.
The more you connect with it,
The calmer it becomes.
