A chance to plant the seeds of the life you are ready to create. And as the solar eclipse gently unfolds We are reminded. Even when the light seems hidden. It has never truly disappeared. Close your eyes if it is safe to do so. And take a slow, Deep breath in. And gently breathe it away. Again. Breathing in peace. And breathing out everything you are ready to release One more breath. Allowing your body to soften. Your mind to become still. And your heart to open Now. Imagine yourself standing beneath the warmth of the afternoon sun. A gentle breeze moves around you. You feel safe grounded. Present. Slowly, The moon begins to pass before the sun. The light softens. Let the birds fall silent. The world grows wonderfully still. Today is the new moon. Although you cannot see her She is there. Hidden within the sun's light just like the dreams within your heart. That have not yet come into view. Imagine now. A tiny golden seed.
