In this meditation, we are going to use our breath to connect to our own inner strength. We are then going to combine breathwork with affirmations to visualize breaking down the barriers in front of us. Our breath is one of our best tools and sources of power, use it to live your best life!

Hello,

And welcome to today's meditation.

In this session,

We're going to use our breath as a tool to connect to our inner strength and remove obstacles that are in our way.

To start,

Find a comfortable seated position.

We're going to start our breathing practice with a series of deep breaths that we're going to hold at the top.

So let's inhale for four.

Hold for four.

Exhale for four.

Again,

Inhale four.

Hold for four.

Exhale for four.

Inhale,

Hold.

Exhale for four.

Inhale,

Hold.

Exhale.

Take a moment and let your breathing return to its natural rhythm.

In the next section,

We're going to keep the same four count breathing pattern,

But we're going to add affirmations to each part of the breath.

Ready?

I breathe in strength.

I hold it within me.

I breathe out fear.

I breathe in determination.

I hold it within me.

I breathe out doubt.

I breathe in courage.

I hold it within me.

I breathe out worry.

I breathe in confidence.

I hold it within me.

I breathe out judgment.

Well done.

Allow your breathing to relax for a moment.

For this next part,

I want you to visualize a brick wall.

That wall embodies whatever obstacles you've been encountering in your life.

Doubt,

Fear,

Scarcity thinking,

Insecurities.

Whatever it is that you most feel is inhibiting you from reaching your goals and living your best life.

It is all in that wall in front of you.

Now let's use our breath to blow that wall down.

This time we will inhale and then do an extended exhale with no holding.

Ready?

Inhale,

Let your body fill with strength.

Exhale,

Send your breath to that wall.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Watch as that wall begins to shake under the force of your will.

Inhale.

Exhale.

See the wall as it begins to break away into pieces.

Inhale.

Exhale and see the wall as it is demolished with the power of your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

The path before you is clear and you are ready for the next step of your journey.

Relax and let your breathing settle.

Take a moment and bask in the feeling of your own strength and willpower.

And remember as you go through your day that your own inner strength is as close as your next breath.
