Hello friends.
Thank you all so much for joining me today.
I have a very special meditation for you today,
Which is one of my favorites.
Today,
We're going to be working with our inner child.
When I started working with my own inner child several years ago,
I realized it was probably one of the places where I held the most emotional energy,
But also a space where I could release that energy in order to do some really deep healing work.
So I'm excited to get started with you on this journey today.
And if you would like to just get comfortable and maybe choose a meditation mat or lie down on your bed or sit somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed,
This meditation should take about 12 minutes or so.
But just get comfy,
Turn your phone on,
Do not disturb,
And take this time just for you.
I want you to take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it for three counts,
And then release.
Beautiful.
Do this again.
Take a nice deep breath in,
Hold for three counts,
And then release.
One more time.
Take a nice deep breath in,
Hold for three counts,
And then release.
Beautiful.
So now I'd like to take you into a deeper state of relaxation.
All you need to do is close your eyes and just let the sound of my voice guide you.
There's nowhere to be,
There's nothing to do.
Feel the crown of your head relaxing,
Your forehead relaxing,
Maybe your jaw releasing that tension,
Your calf muscles,
Your knees carry a lot of tension in our joints,
So just let these slowly and softly relax.
Ankles,
Your feet.
So now I'm going to take you into a deeper,
Healthier level of the mind,
Deeper than before.
I'm going to count back from five to one.
With each number you will feel yourself going deeper and becoming more relaxed.
Back,
Four,
Going deeper and deeper,
Three,
Two,
All the way,
One.
You are now at a deeper,
Healthier level of the mind,
Deeper than before.
It feels good to be deeply relaxed.
Now I want you to picture a beautiful little garden.
The grass is soft under your feet,
The air around you is warm.
You hear the birds chirping,
The beautiful flowers growing around you.
Now there's a little hill,
Begin to walk up that little hill,
And further into the garden you see a small fountain,
And there's a child there playing with some toys.
This is your inner child.
How old are they?
How do they look?
Do they look happy or sad?
Go over to them and greet them,
And let them know that you are there to help today,
That there is nothing to be afraid of,
And that you are there to help them release anything heavy that they might be carrying with them in this moment.
Explain to your inner child that you've brought with you today a large cardboard box,
And together you're going to take anything heavy that you've been carrying and place it into that box,
Sort of like you'd place heavy stones into a box,
And then together you will release anything heavy.
So,
Ask your inner child,
What is something heavy that's been bothering them lately?
Is there any fear or anxiety?
Any fear of the future?
Any other person that might be troubling them?
Any other emotions from the past?
Anywhere where they might be holding on to situations or people or places that no longer serve them?
Ask them to put all of these heavy things into the box.
View it like stones that they are releasing one by one.
Beautiful.
Now,
With a smile,
Take your inner child's hand and extend the other hand towards the box.
With your intention,
We are going to make this box explode in light.
Firmly intend to yourself,
I clear,
Cleanse and release from this lifetime and in all other lifetimes any and all energy that is not my own,
That does not serve me,
That is not to my highest good.
I clear this now,
And watch as this box begins to spin and radiate with light,
And it grows lighter and lighter and spins faster and faster,
And all of a sudden this box explodes into millions of tiny sparkling pieces.
And you have cleared this energy,
This heaviness,
In light.
Give your inner child a big hug and tell them well done,
You have done so much great work here today.
And if you feel any energy of tension or something else that they are holding on to,
Explain that you have another box,
And they can do the same process again.
Place anything else that they are still hanging on to,
Into that box.
Any worries,
Any fears.
And when you are ready,
Hold their hand,
Extend your other hand,
And intend that you are clearing,
Cleansing and releasing with the power of the light any and all energy that does not serve you,
That is not your own,
That is not to your highest good,
Across all of time and space and dimensions.
And watch as this box spins wildly,
Rapidly,
And explodes into thousands and thousands of pieces of diamond sparkling light.
As you hold your inner child close,
Let them know how proud you are of them,
And that they can always come to you if they are feeling sad or scared.
Now,
Ask them if there is anything that they would like you to know right now.
Is there something fun that you could try?
Sometimes all it takes to make our inner child happy is to try something new.
Listen to a song that makes us happy.
Maybe play with our pet.
Go for a walk.
Whatever it is,
Ask them,
What is one thing I can do right now to make you happy?
And see what they say.
Now,
You can tell your inner child goodbye,
And that you are truly grateful for them and all the amazing work that you've done today.
And as you begin,
Walk back down the little path that you came from.
Feel the light on your skin.
Feel the fresh breeze against your face,
And the soft grass under your feet.
And know that in this moment,
You are blessed.
You are divine.
A life of dreams and blessings.
I am so grateful to you for having done this work today,
Being wide and awake,
Feeling fresh and in perfect health,
Feeling better than before.
