Once upon a time,
A fluffy white kitty cat named Whiskers lived in a cozy little house on the edge of a bustling city.
Whiskers was a curious and playful feline,
Always getting into mischief and exploring every nook and cranny of her home.
But one day,
While lounging in a sunbeam by the window,
She overheard her human friend talking about something called meditation.
Intrigued by the idea,
Whiskers decided to give it a try with her human and follow along.
They found a quiet spot in the house and closed their eyes.
The human said to take a deep breath to get started.
She started to focus along.
As she focused on her breathing,
She breathed lightly in and out.
Doing this,
She began to think about everything for which she was grateful.
She thought about the delicious food her human always gave her,
The warm bed she slept in,
And the toys she loved to play with.
Can you think of similar things you are grateful for,
Like Whiskers?
As she continued her meditation,
Whiskers realized just how lucky she was to have such a loving home and caring human.
She felt a warm fuzzy feeling in her chest as she thought about all the little things that brought her joy each day.
From the chirping birds outside her window to the gentle purring of her human,
When they cuddled together on the couch,
Whiskers was filled with gratitude for the simple pleasures in her life.

With each passing moment,
Whiskers felt more and more at peace.
She let go of any worries or anxieties and simply focused on the present moment,
Feeling grateful for all the blessings in her life.
