Hi friend,

This is Samantha,

The Blissful Soul.

Saying affirmations in the shower each morning can truly set a positive tone for the day ahead.

The warm water and relaxing atmosphere of the shower create a perfect environment for reflection and setting intentions.

As you repeat empowering statements such as,

I am confident or I deserve success,

You are programming your mind to focus on positivity and self-belief throughout the day.

Additionally,

This practice helps to banish any negative thoughts or self-doubt that may be lingering in your subconscious.

By starting your day with affirmations,

You are cultivating a mindset of resilience and optimism that will carry you through challenges with grace and determination.

So let's try this practice to take a few moments to speak words of encouragement to yourself.

Please take a few breaths before we begin and feel the water on your skin.

As I say these,

Repeat them with conviction either in your head or out loud.

I'm allowed to feel good.

I am capable of balancing ease and effort in my life.

I am good and getting better.

I am in charge of how I feel and I choose to feel happy.

I am loved and worthy.

I am listening and open to the messages the universe offers today.

I am open to healing.

I am optimistic because today is a new day.

I have everything I need to succeed.

I nourish myself with kind words.

I practice gratitude for all that I have.

And all that is yet to come.

I strive for joy,

Not for perfection.

Now let's repeat them one more time.

Now take these positive statements into the day.

Psychologists believe that it takes about three weeks to establish a new routine or break an old habit as this is the time frame needed for the brain to rewire itself and adapt to the change.

By committing to repeating these affirmations each morning for 21 days,

You're giving yourself enough time to see a real impact in your healing process.

I hope to see you soon,

My friend.
