This guided meditation is a simple yet powerful invitation to realign with your intention and embody the reality you choose to live from. Rather than forcing manifestation through effort or mental techniques, this practice gently brings you back into alignment by feeling and becoming the state of your intention as if it is already done. As you settle into the breath and relax the body, you are guided to reconnect with what you truly want to create and, more importantly, who you choose to be. From this still and present space, you tune into that reality — not as a distant future, but as a lived inner experience. You see it, you feel it, and you allow yourself to fully embody it.

Welcome,

To this meditation.

For this meditation,

Sit down with your back straight,

And close your eyes.

Take a short moment to find yourself a comfortable position.

Let's begin by taking a very slow and very deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it.

And exhale completely,

Letting all of the air flow out of your body,

Relaxing your body.

And now,

Just allow your breath to find its own rhythm,

Deep and relaxed,

And consciously feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your nose.

Now,

What was your intention?

What is it that you want to create?

Who is it that you want to be?

Take a moment to become aware again,

Now that you are clear on what it is that you want,

And who it is that you want to be.

Tune in to that reality.

See your intention being manifest.

Feel yourself being that version.

What is it that you have in this reality?

See it as if already done,

And how do you feel?

Feel those emotions,

Embody your intention as if already done,

Now.

See it,

Feel it,

Become it.

Stay there in complete alignment,

Without distraction.

Stay there,

Fully present,

With all your love and all of your infinite power.

Stay there.

Now,

You can slowly come back to your body,

Without losing this state.
