Good morning and welcome.
I invite you to find a comfortable position to begin.
And as you arrive into this position and space,
Let's take a nice deep breath together into the belly.
And exhaling out the mouth.
Allowing your exhale to extend longer than your inhale.
And if that felt good,
Let's take another one.
Filling up the whole body with your breath.
Back,
Buddy.
Arms,
Your chest,
Your legs,
Your belly,
All expanded.
And letting it all go slowly out the mouth.
Gently returning now to your natural breathing pattern.
Allowing yourself to feel the support beneath you whether you're seated or laying down.
Allowing the surface to meet you to hold you as you take this moment for yourself today.
And as you arrive more fully here.
Just noticing how you're feeling this morning as you slowly awaken your body.
Not judging or trying to change anything.
Just being present with what is here on this new day.
You've been gifted a new day,
A new chance to be you.
So as you lay or sit here.
As you bring more awareness and attention to your breath and body.
As you feel your heart beating gently beneath your chest.
As you feel and recognise the aliveness pulsing through your beautiful body.
I invite you to set an intention for this new day.
An intention creates a reference point that you can return to.
Whatever your day holds.
Something you can come back to when you're pulled out of presence.
It allows you to realign and return as many times as you need.
Your intention could be about how you treat yourself today.
Maybe with a little more patience.
A little more gentleness or a little more compassion.
Maybe it's about how you show up for others.
Really listening,
Being fully present in your conversations.
Or maybe it's about your body,
Moving it,
Resting it,
Nourishing it and thanking it.
Maybe your intention could be about slowing down.
Reading small pauses between the moments of your day.
Whatever it is,
Let it be simple.
Something you could say to yourself in just a few words to bring yourself back to your intention and to presence time and time again.
So what is the intention you would like to set for this new day?
I'll give you a moment now to feel into it.
With your intention in mind,
Just taking a deep breath.
Breathing that intention into your whole body.
And sighing out on the exhale.
And just taking one last scan of your mind,
Body and emotions.
Noticing if there's anything else.
That may need your attention,
Your love,
Your care before you fully enter into this day.
Before the world pulls you in different directions,
Just staying here a moment longer.
Maybe your hand on your heart or your belly.
Just being with yourself here And when you feel ready,
Just taking a nice gentle stretch.
Maybe giving yourself a hug.
Or even offering yourself a smile.
Allowing yourself to feel open to receive the gift of this new day.
I truly hope that the day may unfold in the way that you desire.
I hope that you can care for yourself in the way that you deserve.
May you carry your intention with you throughout your day and let it support you.
Have a beautiful day.
Thank you,
Thank you.
Thank you.
