Hello,
Thank you for joining me today for this beautiful meditation.
Today it is a special meditation,
It is for our mothers and for reconnecting with our mothers.
So if you're ready,
Take a seat or lay down,
Find a comfortable position and start relaxing into this space here.
Take a deep breath in from your nose and then breathe out from your mouth and feel like you're letting go whenever it's time to let go.
Just feel how your shoulders are relaxing,
Your body is relaxing and you're arriving completely here and now in this space.
Take another deep breath in,
Breathe deep into your belly and then let go.
And if you like,
Breathe out with a sigh and always breathe out from your mouth.
Take another deep breath in and take the air deep into your abdomen and then breathe out and notice how your shoulders are relaxing,
How your neck is relaxing,
How your entire body is relaxing now.
That's right.
And with the next breath in,
I want you to feel that you're completely present in the moment here,
Completely present in your body,
Be aware of body sensations and then you want to do a little travel back in time.
Just trust your unconscious mind,
It knows exactly what to do.
Just allow yourself to travel back now to a time when you were just a few days old,
All the way back,
Back,
Back,
Back,
Just when you were a few days old,
Maybe just a few hours old,
It does not matter.
Just allow yourself to go back in time and suddenly imagine you find yourself in your mother's arms.
She's holding you tight,
Holding you in her arms,
Close to her chest,
You feel the heartbeat,
You feel her breath and you're looking into her eyes.
And even if your relationship might have been challenging to your mom,
There was for sure this one moment back in time when you felt completely safe in her arms.
So just go back to that moment,
She's holding you and you feel completely safe in her arms.
So now look at your mother as a child,
Imagine you're drinking from her breasts,
Taking in that beautiful nourishment and you're looking into her eyes like children do,
With great adoration and love.
And you're looking into her eyes and you will tell her the first magic word.
Look into her eyes and say,
Thank you.
And just feel how this word,
Thank you,
Mom,
Is opening your heart,
Opening your heart to love and gratitude,
Feeling all of that beautiful energy flow through your body.
And you notice how you are taking in everything she had to give you.
And then while she's still holding you and you're looking into her eyes,
You tell her the second word.
You look at her and you say,
Please,
Mom,
Please.
Notice how your body feels,
Notice how it feels to be in her arms and allow whatever emotions are coming up to release,
To be there.
And you will tell her the third magic word.
And the third word is sometimes the most difficult word.
You look at her and you say,
Yes.
Feel what this word does in your body.
Feel how you relax even more.
Yes,
I say yes to you and I say yes to life.
And I'm taking it from you for the price you pay and for the price I pay.
Yes,
You are my mother.
You gave me life.
And that's it.
Just feel how wonderful it feels to be here in her arms.
Yes,
No matter what has happened in the past,
In this one moment there was absolute safety and trust here in her arms.
And with your heart wide open,
I want you to feel how you are receiving everything she had to give,
All her blessings,
All her potential.
Because sometimes when we say no to our mothers and we disconnect,
We also disconnect from life and from abundance.
So being here back in time and closing this wound,
Saying yes,
It's also a yes to life because life came to you from her.
So say yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Just feel what a magic,
Massive release this is from your body.
And why do I say three magic words?
Because in psychotherapy we learn that there are these three magic words that bring us tremendous self-healing.

So take one more deep breath in,
Feel how you're taking all the blessings and all the potential and all she has to give.
Are you taking it in deep into your body,
Deep into your cells,
Feel how all of your cells are absorbing this beautiful force of life.
And then when you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and slowly come back into the here and now.
Open your eyes and remember that you're perfect exactly as you are.
And no matter what has happened or has not happened,
Was right for you so you could become the person you are today.
So whatever appears for you is right for you.
