Sit back,

Relax and watch autumn beautifully teach the quiet art of letting go.

Bright leaves glowing red,

Amber and then gold don't cling to their branches.

They trust the rhythm of the season,

Falling with grace to nourish earth below.

In their surrender there is power.

Like the trees we don't need to hold on to what no longer serves.

There is freedom in the fall,

Peace in the release.

The season calls us home to presence,

To feel the crisp chill in the air,

To breathe in the warm scent of pumpkin spice,

To wrap ourselves in the comfort of our favorite sweater.

May autumn be a reminder,

Growth isn't always something we see.
