The gift of our subconscious helps us choose the trajectory of our night.

In this instant,

Tell your subconscious that you are choosing a restful night's sleep.

Say to yourself,

Subconscious mind,

I choose sleep.

I choose peace,

Restfulness,

And recovery.

I easily sleep through the night.

I awaken refreshed and ready to start my day.

Now let these thoughts go and allow your muscles and your body to relax.

Allow yourself to feel the weight of your body sinking into your bed.

Allow your nervous system to receive the healing energy of sleep.

Communicate with your nervous system and let it know that it is safe to rest.

It is safe to let thoughts go to be addressed tomorrow.

Allow your eyes to turn inward,

Releasing their focus on the outward world and resting.

Receiving only the gentle pressures of sleep.

Feel your eyelids becoming heavy,

Your muscles throughout your body softening,

Letting go of the tensions of the day.

Program yourself to accept a restful night's sleep.

Activate your parasympathetic nervous system with a slow breath in,

Long exhale.
