Welcome to Morning Vitality Breathwork.
I'll be taking you on a breath journey this morning that I use every day to boost my energy and focus.
Let's begin with checking in with your breath.
Take a slow,
Deep inhale and a slow,
Full,
Deep exhale.
Feeling your body expanding with every breath.
As you inhale on this breath,
Notice where you are open and flowing.
As you exhale,
Fully let go.
As you inhale this breath,
Notice where you are tight and constricted.
As you exhale,
Release any tension in the body.
Sometimes in the morning we wake up with some tension and tightness in our body.
We can use the breath to open this up.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Keep breathing.
Keep focusing on your breath.
Keep breathing into any areas of tightness.
You will begin to loosen and feel freer.
As you breathe,
Feel free to also massage with your hands any areas of tightness.
Use your breath to open from the inside and massage to loosen and open from the outside.
Breath and massage go hand in hand to open the flow of energy in our body.
Keep flowing with your breath.
In and out.
Deep in.
Deep out.
Let's shift.
Take a deep full breath in through your nose.
And let it go out through the mouth.
Deep in through the nose.
And let it go out through the mouth.
Find your rhythm.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Without a pause in between.
Creating a circular breath.
Keep breathing.
Try adding a sigh onto each exhale.
Take an inhale with your nose.
And sigh it out through your mouth.
In nose.
Sound helps to free up stuck energy in the body.
Emotions are just energy in motion.
When emotions get stuck,
They hurt.
Let's move that stuck energy by inhaling deeply through the nose and sighing it out through the mouth.
With every exhale,
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Let go of stress and tension you are holding onto in your body.
As you let go and breathe,
You will begin to build vital energy to fuel your day.
You're doing great.
Keep going.
Inhale to the exhale.
Right back into the inhale.
Inhale to the exhale.
Right back into the inhale.
Circular breathing.
Vitality is the energy that helps you create and manifest the life you want to live.
This circular breath is boosting your vitality.
When you breathe in this way,
You are boosting your vitality,
Your life force,
Your qi.
You will be energized to create and manifest with joy and ease,
With clarity and love.
Breathing into your soft belly.
Exhale and soften the belly even more.
Breathing into the soft belly.
Inhale from your belly to your chest.
Opening up a full diaphragmatic breath.
With every exhale,
Fully relax your body.
Send the breath into your back body.
Breathing deeply into your back.
Opening any tension in your back with every inhale.
Melting and releasing the tension on the exhale.
Send your breath all the way down to your lower back.
Your lower back.
You're opening and releasing.
Let's take a moment to wake up any remaining sleepy spots with another breathing technique called the sip-sip breath.
You're going to take in two inhales followed by a short relaxed exhale.
It might sound something like this.
Try this with me.
If it becomes uncomfortable,
Return back to the one in and one out breath.
Keep going.
It's like sipping through a straw.
You can pucker your lips and give it a try.
Keep going.
Allow your exhale to be fully relaxed.
Continue breathing this way on your own for the next minute or so.
As you bring vital energy into your cells.
Great job.
Keep going.
We're almost there.
As you feel the energy beginning to build,
Relax your body.
While feeling the charge of energy move through you.
You are energy in a body.
It is safe to feel this energy.
Now take a full breath in and hold it at the top.
Keep holding your breath.
You have plenty of oxygen.
Hold,
Hold.
Now let it all go and hold your breath at the bottom.
Hold,
Hold.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Let's take a couple connected long relaxed nose breaths.
Inhale joy.
Exhale and surround every cell of your body with that joy.
Breathe in creativity.
Exhale and surround yourself with that creativity.
Inhale peace.
Exhale and surround yourself in peace.
Really see your breath as the engine that is charging up your joy,
Creativity and peace.
Begin to bring your breath back to its natural pace.
As you breathe in and out,
Check in with your body.
Feel the energy and sensations within you.
Notice if you feel any buzzing or tingling.
Just breathe with it.
Notice the breath breathing you.
Just know with each breath you are creating the life you want to live.
