Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Viviane Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation to journey through this year of 2025,
Releasing what is ready to go and weaving in the wisdom that we have gathered.
As you settle into this space with me,
I invite you to see yourself walking into a virtual living room and taking your seat side by side in circle space,
Co-creating as a community and amplifying the power by focusing on this together.
I will introduce elements of astrology for your mind,
But the intention underneath this meditation is energetic,
It is to support you in a complete releasing of what no longer serves as shedding.
Let us begin.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into your seat more comfortably.
If your feet are on the ground,
Wiggle your toes,
Feel your feet planted.
You are here,
In this body,
On this planet,
At this precise moment in time.
As we cross a threshold from one year into the next.
Not just any year,
But a year when everything changed,
When all of the astrology shifted in ways that we can feel.
So plant your feet.
You are here because you chose to be here.
As you do that,
Allow your body to start to relax and call all of your energy,
Your attention into this moment,
Fully here into this body.
When we have a big topic,
Like reviewing a year,
It can feel intense to have all of our energy come to this one focus point.
And so breath is a way to guide your own energy back into you.
As you focus on your breathing,
And slow it down,
Lengthen it by counting,
Perhaps at first you count the in breath,
1,
2,
3,
And then you count the exhale out,
1,
2,
3.
And as you find your own rhythm,
You can start to stretch out the length of your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling at an even rate.
And simply by focusing on your breathing,
Your body starts to relax.
When we have the ability to breathe at our own pace,
Our system recognizes that we are not in danger,
That we are choosing to be present in the body.
And so our muscles can start to loosen.
Our jaw can relax.
Our back can soften.
Our shoulders can drop and open our heart a little bit wider.
And the breath begins to move all the way through your body.
Not just up in your throat,
But deep belly breathing,
Many people call it.
Deep breathing all the way through your body,
Down to your feet.
Your feet which have chosen to land you here in this moment,
Listening to this meditation,
Exploring this year from a new perspective.
So you relax your muscles and allow more of you to come home to you.
You may find as you do that,
That your attention is called to certain tasks or people or projects or events,
It's okay.
You notice it and then bring your focus back into your body all the way down through to your feet,
Relaxing your muscles and expanding,
Lengthening your breathing.
And the thoughts can come in and go out.
We are not fighting our mind.
We are including its power,
Its diligence,
Its beautiful mechanism to protect us,
To help guide us.
And so our full awareness guides our mind to the breath and to the body,
Relaxing the muscles again and allowing anything that is starting to feel tight or heavy or contracted in the body to unwind,
Perhaps even to flow as a releasing already in this moment down through to your feet and into the earth.
When we start to become more present,
We may notice heaviness in our bodies or tightness,
A pull,
A contraction.
Allow your attention to go to that place and breathe into whatever area is calling you.
And then use your breath and allow anything that is ready to go to make its way down to your feet and just dissolve into the earth underneath your feet.
This is what I would call the first pass through,
The first initial releasing of whatever is most present to just dissolve out of your body and into the earth.
It may simply have been the resistance to the process of reviewing or the weight that we don't even realize we are carrying.
And when we sit down to meditate,
All of that weight can just go to our feet and release into the earth.
Notice how your body feels lighter.
You may even have a moment of a head rush as your body reorients the way that energy is distributed.
Keeping your feet on the floor,
Allow yourself to relax even more deeply into your body and this moment.
This year of 2025 is the year of the snake and the image of shedding feels so appropriate,
So aligned as we bring our focus inward.
The idea of the shedding of a skin is that underneath the old layer,
The new one is preparing itself,
Is ready to see the fresh air and the old skin is no longer necessary.
It's complete with its purpose and simply needs that process of the snake wiggling and finding its way to move through and out of the old skin.
It is similar for us as we sit at the end of one year.
What is emerging for next year is already existing inside of us and so there is a sorting through that can happen energetically and meditation is the process,
The visualization experience that supports us in sorting things through.
We land here in the body,
Feet firmly planted,
Allowing the words,
The images to make their way through our awareness and relaxing the muscles to allow ourselves to explore from inside what this year of 2025 has shown us,
Has taught us.
The journey I am guiding now is from the beginning of the year through the end of the year with the lens of astrology.
As I name different elements,
The invitation is to feel,
Feel inside of your body,
The emotions,
The memories,
The wisdom,
Perhaps the struggle,
The pain,
The overwhelm,
The anger,
Whatever starts to bubble inside of you.
Allow yourself to explore it from a place of curiosity,
From the lens of why would this have shown itself to me in the year of 2025 and now in this moment as we complete through meditation what the year meant.
So we sit with our feet planted,
Connected to the earth,
Our muscles relaxed,
Our heart open,
As open as feels comfortable and our mind participating,
Noodling or puzzling over the words that come through and feeling what is happening in the body as the integration,
The weaving of the wisdom.
What is complete we will release through our feet into the earth and it will feel like the wiggling of a snake as it starts to make its way through the shedding process.
So you may find you want to wiggle and move your body as energy is moving.
I suggest guiding the flow of energy down through your body to your feet and into the earth and perhaps imagine the shedding of the snake skin happens similarly,
The snake is wiggling its way out of the skin and the skin is dissolving down into the earth.
Okay,
Let us begin.
This year opened with Pluto in Aquarius.
We started the conversations before the year even began but immediately into 2025,
Truth,
Integrity,
Freedom,
Community being redefined.
The conversations about artificial intelligence,
Technology,
The future,
The innovation of how we communicate and share information and wisdom,
How it is mirrored and reflected back to us,
Human to human,
Computer to human.
We may have barreled our way into the new year and full steam ahead on trying all the things that were new and innovative.
We may have been swept up in the current of Pluto in Aquarius.
It could feel disorienting because Pluto in Aquarius opened a 20 year cycle.
It was a dramatic undercurrent,
A big shift in the collective energy.
And you may notice in this moment in your body that you feel a little ungrounded or unsettled by the words,
By the energy.
It can feel similar to when a big wave comes in and we are standing at the beach and the wave sweeps us up and we fall and land on our bottoms and we're trying to catch our breath and the water is washing all over us.
The entry into 2025 and into this new energy of Pluto in Aquarius could have felt very similar to that.
In this moment,
With your feet planted,
Your body steady,
Reorient yourself,
Center yourself.
If you enjoy the image of the wave,
Imagine you can see yourself standing back up,
Feet steady,
Planted on the sand,
Looking back out at the ocean,
Ready,
Ready for what is next.
Anything that is ready to be released,
You send all the way down through your body to your feet and then release through your feet into the earth.
The earth is the energy similar to us standing on the beach,
Steady,
Strong.
The sand may move with the water,
But the strength of the earth is miles,
Miles,
Miles deep.
And when we hand over energy to the consciousness of Gaia Earth through our feet,
When we deposit what no longer serves us,
That energy is received by the earth,
Transmuted,
Purified and redistributed to where it is of better use,
Where it is needed in a new way.
Perhaps the word alchemy is an interesting one,
Or recycling.
When we choose to release what no longer serves,
The earth redistributes.
As we make our way through this process of 2025,
Your redistribution journey with Gaia is one of the greatest gifts that you can contribute at the end of this year.
A deposit of energy from you to this planet.
So you relax your muscles and allow yourself to be a conduit of energy,
Noticing what is ready to go and simply allowing it to move.
Steady yourself and we continue moving through the year.
The year started with Pluto and Aquarius.
In March,
The next big shift was Neptune moving into Aries.
Neptune,
Our dreams,
The wishes that we want fulfilled,
The big visions that we have for this lifetime on this planet,
Moving into a new sign,
Aries,
The beginning,
Starting point.
In March,
There may have been a whoosh,
But in a more fiery,
Grounded way.
Our dreams becoming more potent and important and real to us,
Wanting to talk about what it is that we want to create in this life,
Express,
Bring through into reality.
Feel what that brings up inside of you.
It may have been a bubbling in your root chakra,
In your third chakra,
A fire being lit.
Right as we start to feel that energy,
That forward momentum,
Pluto starts retrograde.
It begins to move back through what it has just entered.
This is the push-pull,
Tugging energy that started early in the year and continued through the entire year,
Forward,
Backwards.
Big leap,
Come back and review.
New energy in one sign,
One direction.
Go back through the old energy in the old sign.
The idea of the shedding of the snake.
It wiggles forward,
Centers,
Steadies,
It may have to wiggle back a little bit.
It wiggles forward again,
It wiggles back.
Notice what that feels like in your body.
And in this moment,
You choose to release whatever is ready to go all the way down through your body to your feet and into the earth.
Neptune's arrival in Aries in March reignited the bigger dream that is alive somewhere inside of each one of us.
Once ignited,
It's a little spark that stays.
And so that spark that started in March,
Allow yourself to feel what that was now.
Feel the hope,
The dream,
The idea.
For some people,
It's an entire creation of a book,
A program,
A piece of art,
A journey.
For others,
It's a shift to being the kind of person that we've always wanted to be.
Being in the kind of relationship that we've always dreamed of.
Being healthy in a way that brings vibrancy and joy into everything that we experience as a human.
It may be the dream of being more present,
More conscious,
More awake than ever before in your life.
Whatever that desire was,
Allow it to strengthen inside of your third chakra,
Your root chakra,
Wherever it's sitting.
In this moment,
Strengthen what that initial spark was.
And any doubt or disbelief or overwhelm or it hasn't happened yet,
Allow that to run all the way down through to your feet and into the earth.
Relax your muscles and come back to center.
And we continue moving forward.
May,
The next shift was Saturn in Aries.
Saturn says,
How are we going to do the work now to create the thing that we are dreaming of?
Saturn is about structure,
Commitment,
Follow through,
Getting ourselves organized.
In Aries,
Actually doing the thing.
Notice the emotions that start to come up.
Often guilt,
Shame,
Regret,
Doubt,
Fear,
The negative emotions come up with Saturn.
And because it is a firm,
Tasked manager,
It holds the line and we wiggle our way behind the line trying to fulfill without overwhelming.
Wondering if we are even capable of all that Saturn believes we can do.
Notice what happens in your body and allow anything that is no longer serving you to make its way down through to your feet and into the earth.
You may have to do that multiple times.
Noticing where you feel tightness or contraction in your body,
Breathing into it and then releasing down into the earth.
Steadying yourself.
This is when the energy started to really pick up.
Saturn moved into Aries and almost immediately after,
Jupiter moved into Cancer.
Jupiter amplifying luck,
Opportunity,
Expansion,
Cancer,
Our family,
Our home,
Our safety,
Our security.
I describe it as a big hug from the universe after these initial activations at the beginning of the year.
In the places where we do not feel safe or at home,
Jupiter may have also amplified that.
Bringing up a lack of safety,
Not feeling like we belong,
Wondering if our home location needs to shift,
Our family,
Our friends need to change.
Right in the middle of the year.
Notice what comes up and release anything that is ready to go down through to your feet and into the earth.
Relaxing your muscles.
Allow yourself a moment to pause here.
To integrate whatever is shifting energetically inside of you.
To catch your breath,
Expand your breath,
Deepen your breath.
It's like the snake that is wiggling,
Wiggling,
Wiggling and it needs to rest.
It tucks itself under a rock with the skin half shed,
Half not and takes a break.
Allow yourself to steady,
To relax your muscles consciously.
To feel how much already has happened when we bring our awareness to this year.
And that was only halfway through.
Breathe.
Feel your strength,
Your focus,
Your clarity.
Beautiful.
And then we continue.
A month after Jupiter moved into Cancer,
Uranus entered Gemini.
Uranus,
The surprise factor,
The unknown,
The unexpected.
Gemini,
How we communicate.
The duality of heaven and earth,
Light and dark.
The fast moving amplified with Uranus.
Almost immediately after that,
We have another retrograde.
Forward momentum pulling back again,
Forward momentum pulling back again.
As we sit in these summer months here in the upper hemisphere,
Perhaps winter months where you are listening.
As we sit in this time frame,
June,
July,
August,
With amplification from Jupiter,
Unexpected from Uranus,
The forward and the backwards with the retrograde.
Notice the turbulence that you may be feeling in your physical body.
You get to choose to shift the energy.
To plant your feet firmly again.
Slow down the turbulence,
The washing machine,
The swirl,
Whatever it feels like as we tap in.
Slow it down.
Steady yourself.
And then sort through.
What do you keep?
What do you release?
Notice the emotions,
The words,
The images.
You may be remembering things that happened over the summer.
Experiences,
Conversations,
Creations.
News,
Whatever it is.
June,
July,
August.
Allow yourself to feel how much was happening with all of these currents at play.
And then you choose.
You release what no longer serves.
Your mind may have a list or it may simply be the energy.
You release what no longer serves down through to your feet.
Into the earth.
You steady your spine,
Straighten your spine,
Open your shoulders.
And you anchor inside the wisdom from these shifts in astrology,
From these experiences in your human reality.
You anchor the wisdom.
Relax your muscles.
And we continue.
Allow yourself to remember to tap into your experiences,
The key moments in September.
Where was your energy focused?
As your consciousness guides you through this moment,
Allow yourself to release anything that no longer serves when you tap into the energy of September.
The fear,
The overwhelm.
The ripples that were moving through the collective.
All the way down through to your feet and into the earth.
Relaxing your muscles.
Carrying us into October.
What comes to your awareness as you reflect on October?
Allowing the thoughts,
The memories to move through.
The emotions to bubble so that you can recognize what was happening inside of you.
And then you choose again to release whatever is ready to go all the way down through to your feet.
And into the earth.
Handing it over for the earth to redistribute.
And we bring our attention to November.
Last month so recent and yet when we add it on top of everything else that has happened this year,
We may start to be identifying the threads.
The bigger lessons,
Undercurrents that our soul was guiding us through in 2025.
The aha lightbulb may show you.
It's similar to the snake as it sheds its skin.
It is starting to marvel at the pattern that is emerging perhaps in the new skin.
It may look completely different than how it did before.
Energetically it is the same for us.
As we wiggle our way out of the heaviness,
The layers of the teachings,
Of the lived wisdom.
The patterns can show themselves.
The beauty of what we have embodied becomes more aware,
More present.
As you tune into November,
Allow any emotions,
Energies that are no longer serving,
That are complete,
To make their way down through your body all the way to your feet.
And into the earth.
Straightening your spine,
Opening your shoulders,
Centering yourself.
And stepping fully into this final month,
December 2025.
Pluto is now direct.
Neptune is moving forward.
Still in Pisces,
But forward.
Saturn is moving forward.
Still in Pisces.
Jupiter and Uranus are still offering us the review.
But it is from a calmer energy.
A more aware consciousness inside of ourselves.
A deeper truth.
Clearer integrity.
A willingness to feel our own power inside of ourselves.
Neptune bringing us the last little threads of the dreamy energy of Pisces.
Saturn preparing us as we move into next year.
To begin.
We are at the threshold now.
Where clarity is going to guide our 2026 into such aligned action.
Momentum.
Powering forward.
So in this moment,
Imagine with your feet firmly planted on the ground,
That you can tap into your deepest truth about 2025.
What was the lesson,
The bigger,
Overarching energy,
Vibration,
Field,
That you were exploring for this year.
Allow your mind to record what your soul,
Your consciousness is showing you.
And then straighten your spine,
Open your shoulders wider.
You are this incredible,
Infinite being of consciousness.
This soul,
This vibration of truth and light.
Choosing to be in this human body.
With precision,
Purpose.
Clear intention.
Imagine like the snake,
There is a final wiggle.
That moment where the snake knows it wiggles the last little bit and it can move off in the skin,
The old skin.
Is caught,
Attached under a rock or out in a space where the snake simply leaves it behind.
The old skin for us is the energy that we distribute down to the earth through our feet.
That she recycles,
Purifies and sends to where it is most needed right now.
So imagine in your visualization that you can shake,
Wiggle your old energies,
The lessons that are complete,
The emotions that no longer serve,
The beliefs that are outdated.
Your mind can try to write a list quickly,
Quickly or you can simply allow the energy to move.
All the way down through to your feet.
You stomp your feet,
You shake your feet,
You let the energy move,
Release down into the earth.
And then straighten,
Stretch out your human form.
Plant your feet firmly and like the snake that wiggles into freedom.
Allow yourself to stretch into your fullest height,
Power,
Space.
You may want to sit up a little straighter.
You may want to wiggle your shoulders and let go of any energies even that are hanging around your shoulders,
Dropping that all the way down through to your feet and into the earth.
You might want to move your head around,
Just shake your jaw,
Wiggle your jaw.
Whatever needs to happen so that it truly feels like you have released now what is ready to go.
If it doesn't feel like it can all complete,
You can come back and re-listen.
Do it again and again until you feel like this is it.
There is nothing more to shed from 2025.
The energies are complete.
The energies are complete.
You can feel the peace in your body and your heart.
When you say those words and you know you are complete.
So rinse and repeat until that feeling,
That soothing calm in your heart,
That warmth,
Moves through your heart and out through your body.
You relax your muscles with your feet planted,
Chin straight,
Looking ahead with your eyes still closed.
Here you are,
At the end of a year where everything changed.
Scanning,
Perhaps,
The future of 2026.
Looking ahead,
What does your body feel when you scan the horizon?
In this moment,
In your meditation,
Strong,
Steady in your own power,
Feeling all of the astrology that has done its work to help you be ready.
Allow your body to relax,
To expand.
And let's place one date on the calendar out in front of us as we tap into 2026.
This will be the first date to really feel in your heart and your body.
We put a timeline marker,
A pin drop,
On the date February 20th,
2026.
This will be when Pluto is still moving forward in Aquarius,
Neptune is at zero degrees Aries,
And Saturn comes to meet Neptune at zero degrees Aries.
It is a rare,
Perhaps unprecedented,
Ignition point for humanity,
For all of us as individuals,
Where our dreams and our reality merge,
Where our visions take on form.
It is the ignition for that,
The beginning of the beginning.
So place that marker into your calendar with your feet firmly planted.
I invite you to slowly come back into full presence,
Into this moment,
As you listen to this recording at the end of this year,
The beginning of 2026,
Whenever you are tuning in.
Slowly,
As you feel ready,
Open your eyes and allow yourself to take in the environment around you.
You may want to start by focusing on one thing.
I am looking at the crystal I am holding in my hand,
A smoky quartz,
A beautiful blend of white and dark,
Shadow and light.
I am rubbing my fingers over it,
It is smooth from how many times I have held it in meditation.
Allow yourself to wiggle your feet,
Wiggle your fingers,
Move your shoulders,
And then look at the space around you.
As you merge what you see externally with what you feel and experience internally,
We start to remind ourselves that both are true,
Both are real.
Neptune and Saturn coming together is going to amplify this.
What we visualize,
What we dream of can become real,
Can take on form.
And 2026 is the year where this is going to happen at faster and faster speeds.
So be clear as you move into the new year of where you want to begin focusing,
What you want to amplify,
And perhaps set intentions as you cross into this new year.
