I feel what I'm getting clear on and thanks to as well both of your perspectives within the observer mode is I used to have observer mode from a like pretty much immediately from young age that was very much dissociation right it just didn't feel within my body and what I'm seeing now is that that is because for me the observer role is really that higher self right and so in a way that that deep soul perspective you've got to ground that in and you don't know necessarily how to ground that in especially when you're young and experiencing traumas as we do throughout our lives and so I feel like now what the observer role means for me is continuing to hone in on what it is to anchor my higher self and allowing myself to almost split off into these two dimensions where I am present and I am also observing and the observer mode can think faster and react slower if it needs to right like and because I mean man I've put my foot in my mouth so much throughout my life and it took a long time for me to really figure out how to do that a lot less I think that that that aspect of the observer mode has allowed for that and while I may not always say exactly the things that I want to say fully processed in the moment after the fact it allows for me to make much more peace and like and like KJ when Raven were saying that that clarity and just that awareness that it brings you so I I'm loving the observer role now I feel like that used to be something that I didn't like and I feel like now I'm recovering because I'm transmuting and transforming that meaning into something else entirely.

I love the way you describe the observer role as you stepping into a higher self—being present, processing before reacting, and becoming more aware of emotions. Such a powerful notion.
