Welcome to this guided meditation focusing on letting go and stepping into your power to begin by finding comfortable seated position allowing your spine to be tall so as not to block the energy flow through your chakras and gently close your eyes and take a deep breath and filling your body with life hold for a moment and as you exhale releasing any tension that you may be holding in another deep full belly breath in and hold for a moment and release allowing your shoulders to soften your jaw to relax your entire body to settle into this moment and bring your awareness to your breath notice the gentle rise and fall the rhythm that connects you to the present and as you continue breathing imagine drawing in strength and as you breathe out feeling the release and the letting go each breath creates space space to welcome in peace clarity and a sense of ease and with your next inhale I want you to squeeze every muscle in your body tensing yourself fully as you inhale and hold that for a moment and then release letting go of everything letting all the muscles fully relax we all carry things that no longer serve us thoughts emotions we're carrying patterns or situations sometimes we carry people with us in this moment give yourself permission to release you don't need to name or define it allow yourself to sense what it feels like to hold on and then imagine the possibility of letting it all go if them silently or out loud I choose to let go breathe into this choice I choose to let go feel the energy within you chef like a weight gently lifting I choose to let go making space for something new you're creating room for your own power to rise for your heart to expand and for your true self to shine through with every breath invite a deeper sense of relief feel your body fully relaxing as everything washes away feeling it wash over you like a way and trust that whatever you're letting go of is being carried away leaving you lighter freer and more open and taking another deep or belly breath and and squeeze all the muscles and your body again and roll your hands into fists and hold that for a moment and release again fully relaxing your body fully releasing all that is no longer serving you letting it all go and now repeating these affirmations as you continue to breathe deeply I release all that no longer serves me I choose to step into my power and embrace my truth I am strong I am sacred and I am beautifully resilient I am worthy of letting go and I trust the process and as you speak these words feel them resonate within you like an anchor grounding you in your truth each affirmation is a reminder of your innate strength your capacity to release what no longer aligns with your highest self bring your awareness to your heart space the center of your power and love and visualize a warm golden light expanding from your heart illuminating every part of you this light is your strength your sacred essence it shines brightly reminding you of who you truly are beautiful powerful whole sacred and strong as this light grows you can imagine at dissolving any remnants of what you are letting go of and know that it's safe to release them and affirm I am choosing to let go and make space for the love and strength that is my birthright each time you find your mind wanting to hold on gently bring it back to your breath to the light in your heart trust that in this space you are safe you are supported and guided and every breath is an opportunity to choose again every exhale is a moment to let go so affirming again I am choosing to let go and make space for the love and strength that is my birthright and take a few moments to sit in this stillness feeling the power within you sacred loving and infinite and know that you can return to this place of strength at any time the choice to let go is always yours and with each release you create space for the true you to shine even brighter so taking one last deep breath and a breath of life squeezing all the muscles in your body again tensing everything out rolling your hands into a fist and hold that breath and exhale release wriggling your fingers and toes gently waking your body filling yourself with light and strength taking another deep inhale through the nose and letting that one go really slowly and when you're ready you can open your eyes and carry the sense of release and power with you knowing you are beautifully strong and ready to step into your sacred truth thank you for allowing yourself this time to let go have a wonderful day namaste
