Welcome to your meditation about your energetic boundaries and feeling safe within your boundaries.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable space to sit or lie down and begin by bringing to mind a memory where you felt completely safe and at peace.

Let this memory fill your mind and body,

Anchoring you in a sense of security.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Drawing in that feeling of safety and peace and exhale slowly releasing any tension,

Releasing any worries and repeat this deep calming breath a few more times and as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly bring your awareness to your body noticing any areas where you might be holding any tension.

Allow each breath to help you relax more deeply,

Releasing any tightness or discomfort.

Focus on sending your breath into the area where you most notice the tension or the tightness and as you exhale visualize this tension just slowly melting away from your body and just continue with this beautiful relaxing breath.

I want you now to imagine yourself in a serene and tranquil environment.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you.

Allow yourself to feel fully grounded,

Providing you with a sense of stability.

The air around you is fresh and filled with a gentle soothing energy and in this serene space you find a comfortable spot to sit down and as you settle in you place your hands on the ground beside you feeling the cool solid earth beneath your fingertips and imagine roots extending from your hands,

From your feet grounding you even more deeply into the earth's nurturing energy.

Take a moment to tune into your own energy now.

Feel the warmth and light that radiates from within you.

This is your inner sanctuary,

A place of strength and peace.

Now imagine a soft golden light surrounding your entire body.

This light is your protective boundary,

A shield of loving energy that keeps you safe.

Feel its warmth and strength knowing that it can expand or contract as needed to keep you protected and as you sit in this peaceful space I want you to repeat the following affirmation silently or aloud I am safe,

Secure and protected.

I honor my boundaries and the boundaries of others.

I allow myself to say no when needed.

My energy is precious and I choose to protect it.

I am surrounded by love and light and feel this golden light growing stronger and more vibrant with each affirmation forming a beautiful protective sphere around you,

A safe space that only allows in positive nurturing energy.

Continuing with the affirmations either silently or aloud this time placing both hands over your heart space.

I deserve to have boundaries that support my well-being.

I trust myself to maintain healthy boundaries.

My boundaries are an expression of self-respect and love.

I am confident in communicating my boundaries.

Setting boundaries is a healthy way to honor my needs and desires.

Allow these affirmations now to resonate deeply within you reinforcing your sense of protection and a real sense of strength.

So take a few moments to sit with this feeling of protection and safety.

Allow yourself to really feel the support,

The nurturing energy of this golden light that is surrounding you and the strength of your own inner sanctuary.

Know that these are always available to you providing safety and protection and know that you can return to this visualization anytime you need to reinforce your boundaries and reconnect with your inner strength.

When you're ready slowly bring your awareness back into the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes feeling the earth beneath you once more and take a deep breath in and as you exhale gently open your eyes carrying this sense of peace and protection with you throughout your day.
