I would like to start by inviting you to go ahead and allow yourself to get into a comfortable position,

As comfortable as you would like while also knowing that you can change your position or shift at any time during this experience to bring even more comfort and still remain relaxed and focused you can then begin by taking in a few deep and relaxing breaths so that you can begin to also recapture a sense of growing quieter inside each breath you take relaxing you a little more deeply while you're enjoying its simple rhythm this symmetry of breathing in each breath allows you to take in on a deeper level of comfort while each breath out you can let out whatever you release don't need so that each breath in allows your body to grow more comfortable and where each breath out invites the soothing release allowing you the comfort of knowing that this time is for you this time is for you to allow your body to be fully held and supported by the surface beneath you with each breath yet again you can allow yourself to sink a little deeper into relaxation in the most comfortable way you can even use your imagination to bring even more comfort and relaxation by imagining a warm and calming light surrounding you bringing peace to every part of your body as you breathe you can feel your shoulders relaxing your neck,

Your jaw,

Your face your heartbeat becoming calmer and your mind even can begin to become a little more quieter breath by breath you can even imagine a safe and peaceful place somewhere where you feel at ease and comfortable and of course I don't know what is that place for you could it be a serene garden or a quiet beach or any other place could it be the place that you've actually been to or could be a place that you can make up right now in your mind whatever is that for you you can imagine yourself being completely relaxed so safe and present so as you continue to breathe with every breath that you exhale you can allow any remnants of tension to melt away leaving you calm leaving you feeling confident that you can continue relaxing and deepening this experience and really tap into imagining yourself as the confident and resourceful version of you perhaps the person that you always wanted to be you can imagine what it would be like if you were standing tall,

Smiling completely and utterly at ease with who you are you can allow yourself to feel the confidence flowing through you becoming stronger and more palpable and enjoyable with each breath perhaps you can notice how your body can feel lighter and more aligned as you stand or sit in that confidence as you're allowing yourself to bring it forward and to really have it permeate every cell in your body how your heart can beat calmly and steadily and how your mind can be so clear and focused effortlessly and as you look at yourself,

Imagine yourself in this peaceful,

Resourceful state you can notice how relaxed you are you can notice the way you can move with so much ease notice the way you can move with so much ease how your posture is confident and how your heart space,

Your chest can feel so open and calm so that you are comfortable speaking your truth it's flowing through a very relaxed throat expressing your feelings without any hesitation you feel relaxed,

You're in control of your thoughts and your actions and as you're continuing to tap into that imagination,

That experience,

All of those positive feelings,

I'm inviting you to remember that whenever you need to feel more resourceful from this moment forward you can remember this peaceful and empowering stance you can feel confident and relaxed your actions can become brave and even bold when you're faced with challenges,

You will know that you are stronger than you think and that these doubts are not the true you you will speak up when necessary you will speak up when necessary without fear of judgment or despite any kind of hesitation that you still might have because you will enjoy more social experiences and moments with others where you can step into new opportunities that you will create with that confident aura with that calm state of mind and you will take on new tasks with ease knowing you are capable of handling whatever comes your way Every time when you take that deep breath in the midst of your day,

You will remember to release and relax and connect with that sense of balance and peace that you are carrying within you at all times your body will stand taller your digestive system will function smoothly your energy will be light and calm Every deep breath that you will remember to take when you need one from this point on can remind you that you are capable that you are strong that you are truly resourceful You can explore right now the affirmations that you can take into your day to really remember this experience,

To find your way to that peace,

Calm and confidence wherever you are I will give you a few examples,

Please free to modify them as you wish so that those words speak to you I am confident in my actions I trust myself and my abilities I am calm,

Collected and capable I can take on new challenges with ease I express myself freely and with confidence Before we close this experience,

I would like to one more time invite you to imagine what is it going to be like when you carry these feelings of confidence and calm with you everywhere you go how your family and your loved ones and everybody else perhaps can notice the change how they can see or even just sense the brave,

Relaxed person you are becoming and how you can continue to feel proud of yourself as you grow and evolve Every day you can notice yourself doing more,

Trying new things perhaps and stepping into your power every day and a best way choosing what that will look like for you In a moment,

I will start inviting you to orient yourself back into the room while taking all the time you need to come back gradually and to notice the energy that you have cultivated the comfort,

The feeling of confidence,

The focus and most importantly,

That deep knowing that you can handle anything that you can feel refreshed,

Resourceful and peaceful coming back from this experience remembering that every time you need to tap into that powerful part of yourself you can take a deep breath and allow all of those positive feelings that you have generated today and perhaps that affirmation as well to wash over you,
