If you’re a meditation teacher, spiritual entrepreneur, or heart-centered creator, this talk is for you. When business starts to feel like a hustle, it’s easy to lose sight of the joy and authenticity that brought you here in the first place. In this short reflection, you’ll be reminded that your teaching, your marketing, and your creative work are not separate from your spiritual path—they are the practice. Each email, post, or offering can become a mirror for growth and awakening when approached consciously.

Your work is to discover your work and then with all your heart to give yourself to it.

Attributed to the Buddha.

Hey there friend,

My name is Anthony and thanks for hitting play today.

If you're a fellow meditation teacher,

A spiritual entrepreneur,

Or someone building a heart-centered business,

I want to share with you a short message today.

Something that has been a big insight for me over the last year or so.

When I first started creating online,

It wasn't about marketing.

It wasn't even about making money.

It was just something I felt compelled to do.

Something within me that had to be expressed.

A natural extension of my spiritual path.

Every meditation I recorded,

Every essay I wrote,

It was a way of exploring my own journey.

I wasn't trying to impress anyone.

I wasn't worried about who was listening.

I wasn't tracking views or clicks.

I was simply sharing what was alive in me.

Letting the words,

Letting the practice itself guide me forward.

But somewhere along the way,

I got caught up in the hustle.

Deadlines,

Metrics,

Growth hacks,

All the things the experts tell you to do.

I can recall nights when I would refresh my phone over and over,

Waiting to see how many people had opened an email I sent,

Left a comment for a meditation I recorded,

Or liked a post I'd written,

Or wondering why a course I poured my heart into only had a handful of signups.

The joy was now gone.

What had once been sacred felt like a chore.

Like a competition.

Like a game of winning or losing.

And hell,

I felt like I was losing.

And that's when I realized something important.

Your teaching,

Your courses,

Your marketing of your business,

Of you as a guide,

They are not separate from your spiritual path.

They are the practice.

They are the path.

The words you write,

The programs you create,

The tracks you record,

Even the systems you build behind the scenes to help you be more productive,

Help you stay organized,

Every piece of it can be a part of our inner work if we choose to approach it that way.

Because the truth is,

Entrepreneurship and business really has a way of exposing us,

Doesn't it?

It reveals our attachments,

Our fears of being seen,

Our resistance to receiving.

But if we meet it consciously,

It also becomes a mirror for our growth and unfoldment.

It shows us the masks we've been hiding behind,

The doubts we've avoided facing,

The parts of ourselves that need to be healed,

And the deeper lessons our work is trying to teach us.

And when you approach your business this way,

It then becomes your practice itself.

It becomes an extension of your spiritual path.

You align yourself to the very essence and the energy of what you're teaching and sharing with others.

And people feel that.

They may not know why,

But they sense the difference.

It's in the tone of your words.

The presence in your being.

The energy behind your offers and what you're sharing.

They can feel the realness.

So the question is not just,

How can I grow as a meditation teacher?

How can I blow up online?

How can I be more successful as a coach or entrepreneur?

The question really is,

How can today's tasks,

Sending that email,

Designing that offer,

Writing that post,

Hosting that live event,

Be a part of your spiritual path?

Because if you let it,

It's not so much about the business you're building,

It's about who you become.

Because ultimately,

Everything is just a pointer back to your own awakening.

Thanks for listening today.

And if you're a meditation teacher or spiritual entrepreneur and this resonated with you,

I'd love to hear from you.

Leave a comment here on this track or send me a message here on Inside Timer.

I'd love to connect.

All the best.

Much love.

Meet your Teacher
