Transcript

Starting by taking some time to settle down into a sitting position or if you want,

You can also lie down.

Make sure your body is aligned symmetrically,

Your head and shoulders relaxed,

Feet touching the ground if you're sitting on a chair.

And when you're ready,

Gently closing your eyes,

Bringing your gentle awareness to the presence of cells around you.

Starting with the ones from far away,

To the one closer to you.

What sounds are currently being delivered to your ears?

They could be loud or they could be subtle.

There could be one sound or there could be many sounds.

The sounds that stay and the sounds that go.

They can come to your ear one after another or they can come all together.

Whatever they are and however they are,

Just allowing yourself to notice the presence in this moment,

In this space.

And when you feel grounded enough,

Simply opening your eyes

A lovely way to become more present in the moment. Calming voice and perfectly paced. Thank you 🙏🏽
