This 14-minute journey invites you to step beyond the limits of space and time and remember who you truly are. You’ll watch your dream self—the body, the mind, the daily story—float inside a luminous energy field where all of life’s moments are projected like scenes in a dream. From the silent awareness outside that field, you—the true dreamer—see that every experience is your own creation. Through calm breathing, gentle guidance, and clear realization, you’ll awaken within the dream instead of escaping it. You’ll see that nothing needs to be fixed—only remembered. You are the soul dreaming this world, free to reshape it with love, clarity, and joy. Perfect for: Deep self-realization and awakening. Releasing the illusion of limitation. Entering lucid awareness within daily life. Listen when you’re ready to stop suffering, remember your power, and wake up within the dream.

Please close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in.

Hold it gently.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

In.

Deep breath in.

Hold it.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw relax.

Feel your body melt into the ground beneath you.

But this is no ordinary dream.

You are aware.

You are the dreamer.

You are the dreamer resting in a vast,

Quiet,

Emptiness.

In this still,

Clear space,

Inside this dream,

You see a luminous,

Floating sphere.

Huge,

Glass-like,

Shimmering with subtle light.

Inside that sphere stands a tiny,

Shining figure.

It's you,

Your dream character.

Floating calmly at the very center.

Still,

Upright,

And confident.

This tiny version of you,

Your reflection,

Is surrounded by an intricate energy field.

Within its core,

Moment to moment,

Experiences are appearing.

Tiny bursts of images,

Images,

Emotions,

Thoughts,

All projecting rapidly,

Billions of times per second.

They create the illusion of a flowing reality.

From the dream character's point of view,

Time feels real.

The projected dream world feels real.

It forgets it is just a projection,

A flicker of consciousness within a field of light.

Watch this all from your perspective as the dreamer.

The dream character is still inside that sphere of light,

Experiencing the illusion of time and space.

Moment to moment.

But you,

As a dreamer,

The one who has projected the whole dream,

Is outside the sphere.

You are not inside time,

You are beyond it.

You see the character,

The dream character,

Losing itself in the illusion.

You see it suffering,

Not because it lacks power,

But because it has chosen to forget.

It plays the game of time.

Of limitation.

It plays the game of separation.

And now you,

The dreamer,

Decide to intervene.

Gently,

Lovingly.

You remember,

You are not the body with the soul.

You are the soul of the body,

The dream body,

And the whole dream world.

The creator of this dream world.

Right now,

You can fully wake up,

Or you can stay in the dream and play along.

And remember within it,

Who you truly are.

You can choose joy.

You can choose clarity.

You can shift the quality of this dream in an instant.

Because it's your dream.

Every character you see in this dream,

Which you have projected,

Every face,

Every voice,

Is just another reflection of you.

There is only one here.

There is only this now.

There is nothing else,

Anywhere.

Just this moment.

And this moment is just one of the infinite possibilities.

You as the pure self created this exact moment.

So you can remember.

So this dream character inside the dream can wake up within the dream.

It does not have to suffer anymore.

It does not have to pretend to be powerless.

It does not have to delay.

You can stop pretending.

Or you can keep playing a bit longer.

This game of forgetting yourself.

It is your choice,

Each moment.

But if you have had enough,

Take a deep breath in now.

Hold it.

Hold it.

And exhale as if you're waking up from a long dream.

Let go.

Feel your whole being lighten.

Whether your mind stays in the game or not,

Know this.

Your subconscious has already remembered.

The alarm has rung.

The reminder has worked.

You might snooze it a little longer.

But you cannot unhear it.

You can create this dream with intention.

With love.

With awareness.

You can follow your passions,

Your excitements,

Each moment.

You can do what excites you.

And stay in gratitude.

You are free.

You always were.

Only the dream character believed otherwise.

Whenever you meet someone in this dream,

And look into their eyes,

You are looking at yourself.

Through the illusion of another,

You see the one.

The one that is you.

You have come full circle.

You are waking up.

Right now,

This entire cosmos is a projection.

It's a dream world.

It's your reflection.

Everything and everyone is within you.

There is only you,

Nothing else.

Playing as many.

So,

Take this final moment to breathe deeply in,

Hold,

And exhale through the mouth.

Feel peace.

Feel clarity.

Feel power.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Awake in the dream.

Awake as the dreamer.
