Is slowing down and resting.
So as much as we love creating,
As much as we love to be active and productive and in that creative zone and creative flow constantly,
It is important to slow down and rest and allow our experience to integrate.
Allow what we have learned to integrate,
You know.
Allow that to drop in,
To slow down,
To take care of ourselves,
To nourish ourselves so that we can have even more power and be clear.
If we are constantly hustling and hustling in that creative space,
We are gonna hit a wall at some point and that can hurt a lot and it can put you on the side for more days than you could imagine.
And it's better to just rest for one hour,
For one day,
For how much you need and allow yourself to catch up.
Plus,
When you create something and if you can slow down and look at it from this bigger perspective again,
Without being involved into the fast track,
Into the creation process too much,
So when that happens,
When you take a step back and you look,
Then you will see a different perspective,
You will see a different way,
You will see an element that you need to integrate into your creation.
So it's actually really,
Really helpful.
As much as it is important to be involved and create and take action when we feel like it,
It is also important to step back,
To lay down,
To slow down,
Rest and allow this to be integrated,
The whole experience,
Because it's going to be way,
Way more powerful.
