Use your exhale to ground and anchor into this place.

The ascended masters,

To encircle you in this safe and sacred space which creates clarity,

We invite the higher self of you,
Your body,
And teams to actively connect and engage with your own healing source,

We call forth the appropriate sacred geometric healing holograms,

And light that have the capacity to support you in moving into greater alignment,
