Okay,

So sitting comfortably and taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Then letting it out through your mouth.

And close your eyes.

And you don't need to try not to think.

Let any racing thoughts come and go like clouds moving across the sky.

Now notice where in your body you feel you're breathing and follow its journey.

Notice the sensation of breathing in and out.

And follow your body expanding as you breathe in and softening as you breathe out.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes again.

You've just meditated.
