You’ll be guided to look at yourself and offer one simple, loving statement that shifts your mood and self-trust immediately. This practice is designed for mornings when you feel tired, scattered, or hard on yourself. Leave feeling more grounded, supported, and self-led before the day begins.

Stand or sit in front of a mirror and let your body begin to soften and looking gently at yourself,

Your face,

And your body.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Keeping your eyes on yourself the entire time.

Let your shoulders drop and your jaw soften and find somewhere to rest your hands.

Now look yourself in the eyes.

Say out loud or whisper gently,

I'm here,

I'm listening,

I see you.

Ask yourself gently and with no pressure,

What am I carrying today?

What part of me needs love right now?

What part of me has been waiting to be seen?

Just breathing gently and listening.

Place your hand over your heart and repeat after me.

I love me.

I love this body.

I love these arms.

I love these shoulders.

I love this face.

I love this belly.

I love these hands.

Take a big breath in through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

Repeat after me again.

I accept and love myself fully.

I accept and love myself fully.

I love myself exactly as I am.

I accept myself in this moment.

I trust myself.

I trust my inner knowing.

I trust my intuition.

I trust myself under pressure.

I pause and feel before I respond.

I take time to process.

I do not give in to pressure from others.

I move with clarity,

Not urgency.

I lead from alignment,

Not fear.

I don't wait for permission to trust myself.

I am becoming the woman who leads herself calmly,

Even when things are uncertain.

I am becoming the woman who doesn't abandon herself,

Not even under pressure.

I am becoming the woman who knows and honors what she knows.

Placing both hands over your chest or your belly,

Feeling this energy that you've built in,

Feeling the depth of the relationship that you're building in this moment with yourself.

Speaking to your image in the mirror,

Repeat after me.

I trust you.

I've got you.

I will lead now.

Take one more deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

You don't need to fix anything.

You just need to return to yourself.

You can come back to this mirror at any time.

And you are always allowed to begin again.

Quiet,

Steady and clear.

This is who you are now.
