Release your shoulders and jaw as you exhale.
Perhaps it's a breezy Sunday afternoon.
You have nothing pressing.
The resonance of the harp can be heard.
Listen for the spaces between the notes and if you like,
Just sit with nature.
Starting to come back into the room.
You might like to cup your hands over your eyes and blink a few times as you become aware of being back in the space.
When you open your eyes,
Take a moment to just enjoy.
