What will it take for us to be in happiness?
Happiness is up to each one of us to define.
We all have different meanings to being happy,
However,
What is at the core of this meaning?
Words and definitions in the language we use are being received as distorted,
Pretty much anything goes.
Could we think of happiness as a state of mind?
A part of consciousness that we have like every emotion?
Could it be a state of mind present in our brains?
What do you feel?
We have expressions of every emotion we carry within and have naturally learned to use.
Without sadness we can't define seeing or feeling happiness and joy.
Without fear we can't direct courage.
Without anger we do not learn to be calm and have patience.
Without the emotion you experience daily,
You will not seek to ask any of these questions or find solutions in our day to day living to compose change in our hidden matrix.
But they are all inner states of mind.
We choose the state of happiness.
We define it.
We name it.
We give it meaning.
It is our birthright to be in happiness.
An abundance of well-being or abundance in all aspects and forms is available to us at all times.
We only have learned to pursue happiness because of generations societal influence on seeing things in particular ways.
The system within systems is built upon layers and levels on levels,
Held within beliefs and structures.
And ideas and structures are written,
Told and pass on,
But can be changed.
We wish for more than we feel.
We want more than we have.
When our expectations don't meet up,
We give up and ask why pursuit of happiness hasn't been met.
Yearning to look outwards to the layers that fabricate this earthly world with material possessions,
Not saying these things are not good,
But to see it from a healthier balance.
Rather finding the true meaning to the greater reality we are connected to.
Could we possibly identify life differently and teach our children to look at life with a different meaning?
As adults,
Teach ourselves the authentic core state of mind to fulfill?
An inner authority to guide true happiness that is abundant already to us.
Harmonize our inner world before heading out to grab the next best thing to find the pursuit of happiness,
Lasting days.
Could we alter the perception and way of thinking to eliminate lack and the thought of joy being unachievable?
Believing happiness will only be successfully achieved is a state of mind.
An individual's own state of mind.
The state of mind that the person was is intentionally responding to these feelings,
Causing it to be impossible to find happiness.
Reactions out of fear-based preconceived information may be or may not be valid.
When we choose lack of happiness and believe it is true,
It is within the mind patterns and projections in the subconscious,
Unconscious realms.
The inner dialogue is kept like records that repeat continuously until we meet to break its cycle.
Attaining states of happiness depend widely on each individual.
Inner healing is essential.
The journey into self-gratification and self-love is harmonized by choice and training our awareness to focus upon new beliefs.
Nothing as simple could be so complex.
Being in the moment is being happy.

Practice creating flow in doing something you love.
What makes your heart sing and body dance?
Movements of contentment with where you are and what you have.
Seeing the bird's eye view of your reality and life is valuable.
A higher octave of this emotional state is compassionately trusting and acknowledge what is available to us.
Animate and inspire to innovate.
Co-create and forge conditions of happiness for your conscious evolution.
You will see change happen in your life.
When we acknowledge our duality in emotions and seek inner harmony that causes us not to be happy,
We learn the alchemy of being happy.
Somewhere with the flow of abundant energies in our field of awareness.
We remember how this emotional state feels at the moment and thus adjusting to situations as it surfaces immediately.
We recognize that at every moment we can recalibrate.
Our minds are more powerful than we think.
Our hearts expand miles wide,
Permeating.
Give yourself credit for transitions and transformation you grow through.
You decide for your today that could define your tomorrow and possibly have changed the past.
